Constraction reviews in Pasco, Washington

Adrian with Stratum Concrete and his crew prepared and placed a concrete slab at our home. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome! Our slab required unique slope ties and curves, and Adrian’s attention to detail and communication with us was impeccable throughout the whole process. The entire crew was professional and courteous. We were extra pleased that they cleaned up after every day on the job and kept the job site looking as tidy as possible. Stratum Concrete accomplished exactly what we were looking for … they did an excellent job on our project. We highly recommend them for all your concrete projects.

Adrian and his team were excellent and professional to work with from start to finish. Showed up every time he said he would and performed quality work. I wasn't a great communicator about what I wanted but had some Pinterest inspiration pictures and Adrian drew out some ideas and surpassed our expectations with the outcome of the project. We are so pleased and will definitely use this business in the future.

These guys did an awesome job! Very friendly and easy to work with. I got exactly what I wanted and they got the job done quickly!

Adrian and Stratum Concrete laid a great driveway slab and adjoining sidewalk for me. They were very professional and prompt with their replies to
my messages via Facebook. The slab itself turned out great, even after a surprise rain storm hit during the lay process. The guys did a great job in finishing and redoing the top of the slab which was covered in water. They stayed an extra 6 hours past when they planned to leave because of the storm. Only thing I was less pleased about was the cleanup process afterwards. They left a small strip of concrete piles in the planter dirt beside the surfaces where they paved which we had to pick up the next day and remove from our planters. Overall great job. Highly recommend.

AJ did a fantastic job on our new pool deck. These guys went the extra mile to make sure everything went well.
We highly recommend you give them a try on your next project.
Thanks AJ we appreciate you!

Quick to respond to a quote request for a rear patio slab and was the best price by a good margin. I asked to come visit the site to confirm the quote and was easy to work with. I had trouble on my end prepping by removing sod and they offered to to the work at an additional cost that was fair. They also worked with me to place some brackets in the concrete correctly, finished their work, and cleaned up the site well. I recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Adrian and his crew. I am a repeat customer. They have done four different jobs on my property and his work speaks for itself. In addition to providing quality work, Adrian is very easy to work with, he is great at communicating what he is doing and he is very creative. You tell him what you want and he makes it happen. He is also very honest and that goes a long way with me. I highly recommend Adrian and his crew.

Adrian and his crew at Stratum Concrete, LLC created a new patio with lighting and an outdoor kitchen for us. The final product is even more than we expected, due in large part to Adrian’s attention to the small details and his willingness to communicate about the project.

We had an idea of what we wanted, but few details. Adrian worked with us to develop a design for the block walls, block paver style and accent concrete work. Then he added additional design features, including exposed aggregate borders for the patio floor and oversized pilasters for the kitchen. The final washing and sealing really made the block wall and patio flooring pop!

Adrian was also open to additional project scope when we realized unplanned work could really enhance the overall look in the end. And, importantly, when an issue was discovered, we could always work with Adrian to find the best solution.

Finally, Adrian continuously communicated to the others working on the project – electricians for the lighting and craftsmen building the pergola. This certainly helped keep the project moving.

Should we have other similar projects in the future, Stratum Concrete and Adrian will be our first choice.

Did a fantastic job worked hard? And we're done in a day and a half. Replacement of septic line.

They are super personell. Outstanding costumer service

I was not bad. Good service that have what I needed

The staff is very helpful in finding what I need, weather it be stucco, or concrete related. They have the knowledge about machinery and construction equipment.

Needed some very specific concrete anchoring parts. This very unpretentious building had the parts and the fabulous people that helped out! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and well stocked place.

Martin is the manager. Called and he ensured me they had a fan deck of colors I needed. Drove over-low and behold they didn't. No explanation-jusy a hands n the air-"I thought we had one." Come on man...

Had a inground pool removed, they came in and had it done in less then 2 days. Price was reasonable and the 2 guys that did the job were very professional

Super helpful, had exactly what I needed, I was in and out in minutes. As a homeowner and not a builder, not with a construction outfit, I wasn't sure how it would go. Was smooth as can be, and helped me pass my final inspection! Ha
