I couldn't have been more pleased with Diego and Rodrigo's service at my home. They were very professional and courteous and did an outstanding job!

Kustom came out and looked at a mold issue in our master bath. They had excellent customer service and showed up on time ready to deal with the issue. I called Miguel to have a technician come and check out our mold problem. He sent out Eric a very experienced and well mannered person. We are grateful for the help!

Horrible horrible service and horrible company. Overcharged me by $400 more than the quote of $1k, but reduced later after I fought it.

Incorrectly completed the job THREE TIMES — buying the wrong material once, and not finishing all requested locations TWO SEPARATE TIMES after promising they had.

And lastly, took 3 months to return my property to me. When I told them they are withholding my property and may need to look into a lawyer, they quickly backed off and resolved the issue.

They also don’t return your calls as promised.

Anyone else would not lead you through such an ordeal for a simple project.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to be charged for work that wasn’t done this is the company for you! If it weren’t for my insurance agent and I paying such attention to detail, I would have been charged an additional $85,000 for work that was not done nor approved by insurance. They took an extensive amount of time for the bill to be adjusted to the proper amount and a lawyer had to be threatened. Not only this, but they weren’t on the property doing work for about a month after demo was done. All this, because they saw a 17 year old who lost her dad as an opportunity to make money.

Gabe came out here took care of us very professional very polite. I would recommend to anyone for carpet cleaning or restoration very happy and the kustom crew

Fantastic Job. Very polite, saftey oriented & professional. I had Kustom come in after another restoration/ contactor had come in leaving saftey hazards holes weak spots in temporary flooring, & my flooring still wet under sink, tub & furnace it had been6 weeks since other company had claimedthey dried it. Thank goodness I called & Kustom or I would have had mold growing under bathtub & sink. Kustom came in put sheeting down, that plastic barrier to help dry out wet area. Very professional so glad they were willing to come in & fix damage after someone else had left it a mess claiming mitigation & drying was done.

Tore up walls when directed not to, we had words so they charged for an asbestos rest after the fact, one that they never did. Building only 4 years old but insurance paid them anyway.

We had Sly and Mando carrying out an assessment and it was great interacting with them. They pointed out the damage areas, measured humidity levels and took measurements. They asked questions and pointed out other spots we didn’t realize were also affected. They also helped us packed away items and installed fans and a dehumidifier. Both my husband and I were very impressed by how courteous and professional they were.

We had a flood in our basement due to a sprinkler valve outside. We called Pablo Quevas at Kustom and he had Sly come out to a survey, pull up carpet and pad and put a dehumidifier down. Sly did an exceptional job and was extremely professional and curious throughout the whole time he was here. Sly is definitely a strong value to your company! Thank you again for the quick response. Kustom is the best!

Sly was great and fast in collecting the information needed for the estimate and for setting up the mitigation equipment after we had a water accident. Kustom was here within an hour of the initial phone call - their office is even 30+ minutes away! So far so good!

Kustom Restoration is AMAZING. I was helping my elderly disabled mother with an emergency water issue in her trailer ON CHRISTMAS EVE and the Kustom crew were at her house within 20 minutes!! I've never experienced such fantastic service. The mitigation team were super compassionate and caring, which meant a lot since it was a very stressful situation for us. Thank you Eben and Oscar and everyone else whose names I don't remember. YOU ARE THE BEST! Not only were the mitigation team amazing, but speaking to both Miguel and Blake on the phone was easy and so helpful. They answered all of our questions no matter what time of day we called and they never acted put off or frustrated with us. I'll be singing the praises of Kustom Restoration and telling everyone about them for many years to come. Thank you so much!!!

Can’t remember the guys name who came out but I’ve attached photos. He came out for a mild issue he had a nasty attitude and was very aggressive I had sprayed the mold already and I wanted to show him photos of what it looked like before I had done. He completely refused and kept walking away from me while saying “I know what mold looks like” and rolling his eyes. Terrible attitude and customer service I was actually shocked at how unprofessional he was if I could give 0 stars I would.

Great team effort to remove our water damaged flooring, molding, and took samples of our ceiling. I feel very confident that the fans and humidifiers will dry my walls and flooring fast.
They were all very professional, informative and sensitive that the damage to ky newly remodeled home is emotional for me.
I highly recommend them for any restoration or restoration project you may have.

We showed up to our business one morning with flood in the basement and we reached out to the Kustom team for help. They arrived within minutes and stopped the source of water right away. They then immediately got to work removing the excess water and setting up proper ventilation. Miguel helped oversee and thoroughly talked us through our options and the steps we could take to rehab our space. Over the next few days, we got to work closely with Diego, Eben and Matt to clear out and organize all the damaged items.

Diego was great and professional they got the job done fast and stayed on top of it the following days. All I had to do was sign a few papers and they took care of everything a huge help when life is not going as smooth as it could be. I'll definitely be using them again in the future if needed
