Alex was terrific when he came to check for dryness. He was courteous and very concerned about making sure we could be without the fans. He was very thorough. In fact, he found anther very small leak. All the employees are greats. They really own their job!!

Really got to see those guys work hard and fast when we had an upstairs bathroom leak water into the downstairs main living room.

Had all the equipment needed and ready to go at a moments notice!

I would recommend them to anyone!

We noticed water damage going from upstairs to downstairs this morning. Sly and Oscar came out to mitigate the situation and did a wonderful job. They both were very responsive, answered all my questions, helped me get a plumber, cleaned up after they were done and were super nice to my dogs. Thanks for everything.

After they initial came out and use the 3d scanner on some of the issues and not all of it they went ahead and submitted the work to my insurance company and the ghosted me for over 2 months and stated that they were working with my insurance company but they weren't. So I had to call them back and figure out that they were sitting on a report from a roofing company and never sent it into my insurance company.

Jordan and his team were absolutely wonderful! I had a big water problem downstairs and they came and took care of it right away. Jordan was very honest and not salesman-y. I didn’t ever feel pressured or like they did anything that wasn’t necessary. Very prompt responses. Miguel came out and was also super respectful and knowledgeable. The whole mitigation crew was kind and professional. I left my house several times while they were working and felt totally comfortable doing so! Would 100% use them again or refer them to my friends and family!

I couldn’t be happier with this company. I was frantic after my living room was flooded. They got there fast and started working. With all the fires happening they made it a point to be there to work on fixing my house without putting me on the back burner until other emergencies were taken care of. The work they did turned out great. I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.

Poor work and also left work I uncompleted. Ghosted us as soon as we paid the lump sum of the work still not completed. Here are just some of the photos I have. Got plenty more of unfinished or poorly done work.

Alex was prompt, helpful and came in a timely manner. He answered all our questions and gave us a good quote. The mold inspection was free of charge - wow! - and he then gave us a quote quickly. This was so helpful because we were under a time crunch due to a home inspection.

This crew did an absolute amazing job. After our initial flood the mitigation team was out within the hour, and finished same day. Everyone was very respectful and answered all of the questions we had, as I had a TON. Once the repair crew had come in they knocked out all of the flooring in 3 days and following that they finished the entire job 2 days later. This team was very agile and informative throughout the whole job. I am very picky and they did a great job with the spacing of the flooring, transitions, baseboards and painting. They went above and beyond to get us back in our home quickly as we were out a few weeks due to insurance. We appreciate Kustom and all the hard work!

Kustom US Restoration came in and saved the day when I needed them most. Kustom was able to mitigate water damage caused by my washing machine in late December. The team answered the call from my insurance company and were on scene the same day of the accident. The technicians were able to quickly assess the situation and make it right. I am extremly pleased with the work Kustom did for my home!

Great experience and super happy with the work done from beginning to end. Anthony, Mike, and Fernando were a pleasure to work with. They listened to all our requests and made them happen. They even went far and beyond to level basement floor without being asked, to make sure the flooring they put down was level and precise! I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Great company! They showed up the day after I called them to give me a quote. Prices were competitive. They came out and got the job done within 10 days on a large drywall project. They were efficient, affordable, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Elvis and his subs did an incredible job on plumbing, insulating, framing and drywalling our barn and ADU. Prices were more than competitive and timelines were met. Communication with him and his team were excellent. Would definitely recommend!
