Swanky Lawn Care, LLC is the best. Jose is responsive and timely. When he installs or repairs, he tests it to make sure it is working. He cares about doing it correctly - and is great with his customers. I highly recommend him.

I scheduled a sprinkler blowout and the serviceman showed up an hour and a half early without advance notice and left. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I was unable to accommodate the dates offered. When my schedule opened back up, I attempted to reschedule and was told their schedule was booked. An advance call with the schedule change would have been nice.

Santiago and his crew have just expertly completed another job at my North Richland home. This time they fixed about a dozen sprinklers and cut down and removed several trees. In past years they have blown out my sprinklers and repaired a wide range of sprinkler underground pipe bursting issues. These guys are great. Super fast and very reasonably priced. I will always call them first.

This Spring (2023), I asked Santiago to rebuild my valves and piping from the city connection to my sprinkler system. It was a tight space to rebuild in, with three separate existing connections to connect to and several components that needed to be replaced. I had specific piping and valve requirements which he was able to complete. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the new connection piping is working great!

After calling around to get a sprinkler fixed and not getting an answer or a call back. I called Santiago and he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He repaired and moved a sprinkler and even took the time to adjust the rest of them. I would recommend giving them a call.

When I first called them a few years they were pretty new and they told me that they were really good and that they also would take care of the plants and weeds. For 2 years they did a really good job and I was very happy with the work. Well this year I noticed the lady who rents a duplex from me was out side pulling weeds. I didn't understand why the weeds and plants were not taking care of. So I called Manny and asked him about it and he told me that he is doing commerical work now and his brother was doing the residential. I told him that I needed to get it fixed an if he couldn't do it I would call another company and he didn't even try he said he does commerical now. I feel like once he got more business that he didn't have time for the people who got him to the point where he could grow his business. I am not sure how things work out here but I come from Tennessee in a small town and if you don't keep your word than you are not a man and you get labeled as a con. I tried to find out if they were even licensed but I couldn't find any info. I would think they are but I couldn't find out for sure.
