Huesitos team worked fast and my job was done in one day. Everything was planted where I place them and turned the direction I wanted it to be.

If I could give more than a 5-star rating I would. We received excellent service for everything from the estimate to the finished product. We had 2 wooden fences removed and replaced with vinyl. The quality of the workmanship and the finished product is excellent. The staff member that gave us the quote was very professional and always made appointments on time. The staff that worked on the tear down and install of the fences were also very professional and always on time and were very hard workers. They did a great job of cleanup, and the neighbors were not bothered by unnecessary noise or actions. They did an excellent job. We have already hired them to do more work for us. We will recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, competitive, trustworthy and hard-working landscaping company.

Pro painting came to finish painting my soffits. The gentleman showed up promptly at 12:30 as promised and commence work. The prep work was done very well and exceeded my expectations. Both workers communicated with me what would be the best way to paint the soffits and blend it into the siding on my house.. This demonstrates the pride and professionalism that these gentlemen had. I wish I knew their names, but I want their company to know that they were above and beyond what I expected. One of the employees even made the comment that he’s very picky on how he does his job, and I assured him that that’s just a sign of a professional. Thank you again, and if I need painting done in the future, you will have my business for sure.

Had vinyl fencing installed by them, which our HOA requires. Fence is bowing and discolored. Tried to call and get zero follow up.

Second issue, they did all of the landscaping and trenching for the development that I live in. This is the second year in a row that the neighbors above us wash out a portion of our yard because the trenching is an adequate. When I called to receive some help, it took many attempts to get anybody to speak to and then I was told that I would need to pay $150 an hour for them to figure out where the issue is with their shoddy workmanship.

Would not recommend this company, even if they were the only landscaping company in Tri Cities.

Poor customer service, and they do not back their work.

I was very impressed with Huesitos Co. Every person was hard workers, did not dink around or play games. The quality of their work was perfect.
I mean they did not let me down in any area. They were very prompt in step-by-step of building along block wall and then installing the proper irrigation system for watering the grass if they had 100% score I would give him 110.

Had these guys build a fence for us. They did a high quality job on the block wall but the concrete thresholds where the gate is going was a struggle. We reached out multiple times and it was hard to get anyone to follow up with our concerns. They had drove a wheelbarrow through the fresh concrete and left the tire tracks without smoothing it back outlWhen they try to do a patch job it was already falling apart the next day. We would not pay the final amount until the issue was resolved and they refused to come out and rather try and send it to collections. After finally getting them to come out and fix it correctly, they demanded payment on the spot, which we did pay but the way they made us wait for months for them to come back and not have them return our calls makes me feel like I shouldn’t have been rushed to pay but whatever.. that’s their style of customer service. The ladies in the office were always polite and would relay messages but the supervisors in the field had poor follow through.

We will call someone else next time for our other properties.

Eddie and his team knocked it our of the park with our new block wall. I havent had great luck with contractors but Eddie made it easy and you could tell he cared about the project and takes his job seriously.

I hired Huesitos to put in some new steps and pavers, repair a block fence, put in some river rock, fix sprinkler drip lines, and add a French drain. Three separate crews were used and they all did an amazing job. Eddie did a great job communicating with me and and his staff were very accommodating to some last minute change requests.

We are so happy with our decision to go with Huesitos for our project! From the time I called to the final result (less than 2 weeks), communication was quick and effective.

Eddie came out and understood my vision of a clean and low maintenance look with shrubbery and curbing.

We even added on to our project part way through and the crew was able to make accommodations to our request, in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company and will utilize some of their maintenance services as well.

We originally contacted Huesitos because our friends recommended them to us and we were not disappointed. Eddie and his team transformed our front and back yards from dirt and weeds to amazingly beautiful. When we first started the project and Eddie came out to give us an estimate, we knew what we wanted to do in the backyard but all we knew about the front is that we wanted a dryscape, something low maintenance. I wasn’t sure about the plants we wanted (except the dogwood tree) or what kind of rocks we wanted. Eddie helped us pick what would be right for area and drew us a map so we could see what it would look like, he had some great ideas for rock placement that I wouldn’t have thought of. The crew that came to do the work was amazing and very patient when I had a question or concern. The work they did was exemplary and we have already recommended them to some friends. The most important thing that Huesitos has done for us is, we not only have usable space but the space brings us joy. I smile every time I walk out the door and we can’t wait to have our friends over to see the amazing work the team did. Thank you so much for bringing this project to life for us. We appreciate you!

From start to finish we have been so impressed with Eddie and the Huesitos team. We got upwards of 7 different quotes from various companies across the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, and felt most confident in Huesitos to get the job done. Their teams completed our concrete patio extension, as well as sidewalks that wraps around the house, all irrigation, edging, basalt rocks, sod and a last minute addition of pavers to place our bunny hutch on top of. The process has been smooth and seamless, Eddie answering my questions before I’ve thought to ask them and kept me up to date on the timeline and schedule with each project. Start to finish, their team completed everything starting with the concrete and ending with sod over the span of about 4 days. Their team is very efficient and high quality! A week after completion when we thought our new sod was getting dry and patchy, Eddie made it a point to come over first thing, adjust our irrigation schedule and then followed up a few days later to ensure the lawn was doing well. This led to another trip over where they cleaned the filter and determined the main issue in the dry patches were due to tons of recent high winds. Eddie offered to replace the sod if the grass happens to not green up in the coming weeks — and this was all well after they were paid in full. Eddie has made it a point to go above and beyond what we expected when hiring out our backyard landscaping. He truly had a major influence on our decision to trust Huesitos for our project and was a great choice as a “face” of the company. We could not be happier with our backyard and our decision to hire Huesitos!

The work that was done at my house was a lot. Weed removal, leveling out to make it safe for the kids to run and safe to walk on, adding river rock to a border as well as next to our back fence. They were quick and reliable! In 5 years of living here, I finally have a nice yard to enjoy!

They were wonderful! They came and exceeded all my expectations and while they were working would close my temporary fencing when done. They were easy to communicate and even addressed my last minute changes! I give them the highest recommendation I can give. They have brought such joy to my yard now, which was 2.5 acre mess before!
