Nathan at Legacy Lawn & Landscape is awesome! Him and his crew took my gross, dirt and rock backyard and turned it into a beautiful back yard. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend Legacy Lawn and Landscape. I will absolutely use them again.

We had Legacy move our fence, lay sod and install sprinklers. The work went OK, but the communication was bad from the start. They didn't install the drip lines because it was "too hot to add plants". Saying they'd be back when the heat broke. That was the last I saw of them. They quickly respond to texts, promising to "be out in two weeks" or "put you on the schedule", but nothing.

Weeds started growing in the sod and the flower beds (they had put in weed barrier and rock). I asked about the right weed killer and was told he'd bring some the next day - nothing.

Then, late fall came and I wanted to get the sprinklers blown out (winterized). I got "it's too early", I'll "be out in two weeks" or "put you on the schedule", but nothing, again. I'll admit, I let it slide for a few weeks since my last text - today I got "It's too late for blow outs, turn off the water valve and pack insulation in the valve boxes."

The sprinklers work well (assuming they survive the winter), the yard looks OK, and the fence is in good shape. That's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. But, even by Tri-Cities standards of customer service (a low bar), Legacy's customer service is bad.

One year ago, we had sod installed by legacy lawn care in summer. At the moment, we complained about the new sod looked so dry and browning that certainly not a good sod. We was told by the guys saying the lawn would look fine after couple of weeks. No, that was not the case.

We detected that the sod looked so bad at the time of installation. By now, after one year, the lawn appear to be under expectation. The owner nathan told us before, he purchased the sod just like the one in front yard that builder installed-Blue grass. He was a liar. The sod they installed for us are totally different, they are not premium grade, instead, they are low grade, cheaper grade and lousy sod, they just don't look good no matter how we take care of it.

Untrustworthy guys to deal with! We thought it is very good and honest lawn care company, we was wrong. Regret to have them done the sod.

Absolutely excellent work by Nathan, Travis, and the rest of the crew. I had a large amount of sod replaced. Nathan worked in my job very quickly, crew showed up on time, completed the job as planned. They used fresh sod, crew was excellent to work with and knew their stuff. I only gave general direction and they did exactly what was needed. They even fixed a sprinkler as a bonus. Although I had them do a bit more than originally expected, Nathan charged me the original estimate. He checked midway to make sure his crew was performing well. These guys are great.

We bought a new home and needed a landscape installed. Legacy gave me the best deal and was early to the jobsite which was great. He was very professional, and the lawn turned out great. They installed a new vinyl fence, graded out the lawn and installed an irrigation system. After a couple of months, we had them come back and install plants from their nursery and sod the lawn areas. They have discounted pricing on nursery stock since they are grown in house. I highly recommend them for any landscaping job you may have.

I can't begin to express how happy we are with the work done by Armando and his crew. They were professional and courteous but most importantly they took my design and elevated it to the next level. My yard is beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough.

From my first phone call to the day we shook hands of a finished product I was beyond satisfied. Along the way very helpful and even suggestions of their own of how to make the flow of the landscape work well. Honest , hard and fast working crew with a warranty to back it all up. Attention to detail is great!L looking at my yard everyday! Honored Any and every price that was mentioned. I would use them and will use them for any other project and or future home projects. Edit: We had a couple small things that needed attention after almost a year of having our landscape and from the phone call to repair was less than a week's time and they do fantastic! Super pleased with our service. Very professional company indeed!

A&H were great and easy to work with, I needed to close off my fence with a gate and they were already scheduled to build a fence between my neighbor and I, A&H were able to fit my project in while also doing my neighbors fence! They did a great job and we're so happy with how soon they were able to get it done!

A and H is the best! I had a retaining wall put in. The quality of the work was top notch and all the guys that came to my house were nice guys and very respectful of the property. What's even an unexpected bonus was the care they took in the final clean up of the property. They laid sod to cover the tracks of their bobcats, they even did a final pressure wash on my drive way and then scooped up the residue mud. Wow. A great place to do business with!

A & H Landscaping last year (2017) add concrete curbing to the flower beds around our house and a new concrete patio. We were impressed with the costs, workmen ship and attention to detail. So, we had them come back this summer to design and build a large raised terrace and planting area. Their insight and design suggestions were spot on and again the workmen ship and attention to detail is excellent. We are pleased with their design approach, timeliness, execution and project cost and would commend them to our friends.

My husband and I had A&H landscape LLC do some work on our back yard. We had weeds removed, leveling of the yard and sod installed. Everything turned out great. The workers were nice and did a quality job for a fair price and they were always on time. Also, what I appreciated the most was that they got back to us with a quote very quickly, they were easy to get a hold of with any questions and the communication was great. It's hard to find companies like that these days. We would highly recommend this place. We are already thinking of hiring them again for rock instalation. :)

Armando and his team have done a lot of work for us over the years. First, they completely landscaped a large hill in our back yard complete with trees, shrubs, a gorgeous waterfall, rock steps, and sprinkler system. Then they came back and repaired the rest of our yard’s sprinkler system that had been put in by another company. Their work was much higher quality. They recently built us a large cement pad in our yard to hold a shed. It’s perfect! You won’t go wrong with A&H Landscaping—large or small job.

We had extensive landscaping work done including a complete irrigation installation, concrete curbing, rock and sod done throughout our entire backyard. We could not be happier with the beautiful work done by A&H landscaping!! The transformation is unbelievable and we would recommend them to anyone! Very impressive costumer service as well 😃 We will definitely use A&H for all of our future landscaping plans!

Tony and Armando have been awesome to work with. A&H put in a vinyl fence last year around our property. Since it was installed we have had two instances where the wind has caused there to be damage to the fence and within the next day they have come out and quickly resolved the issue. They are very responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of hiring these guys to install all of our landscaping at our new house.
Not only did they do an amazing job with our yard and sprinkler system but they also did an INCREDIBLE job with a retaining wall in our back yard. We had a vision of the yard and they were able to do it even better!!!!

Aside from the amazing work they did, the communication from Tony was perfect. He was prompt with everything he did and answered any questions immediately, through out the entire process.

Finally, I asked them about planting some flowers if I went and bought them myself. They said they would plant them for no extra charge if there was only a few. My wife decided to go a little over board and I believe we ended up buying 18-20 plants so we laid them out and I was going to come back and plant them the next day because there was so many. When I returned, ALL of them were planted. Armando went on a head and planted all of them for me free of charge. People just don’t do this kind of thing these of days.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire these incredible workers!!!

I've done business a few times with A&H (Armando) since 2012. Always a great job, hard workers, great people, reasonably priced. We highly recommend Armando and his crew!

Thank you to A&H Landscaping for a job well done on my yard. They made something really ugly look beautiful. I wish I could post pictures on this review. Tony and Armando Jr worked up the estimate and was my contact throughout the project. Tony was always prompt with answers to any of my questions. Armando and his hard working crew came in and got the job done in a timely manner. Armando was easy to work with and accommodated my requests. While my yard isnt big, i had 5 ugly concrete curbing islands throughout the yard with grass in the center and tons of rock around them. They demo'd everything, reworked the irrigation system, put in new fencing, and laid beautiful green sod. It looks like a different house. The project came in on time and on budget. I'm very pleased! THANK YOU A&H!!!

Being "somewhat" a perfectionist, I can be difficult to deal with so I appreciate & admire a contractor who can come in, take control, do the job right & "exceed" my expectations. This is exactly what A & H Landscaping did! The moment Tony arrived & introduced himself, we knew we made the right choice. His professionalism was excellent! He listened patiently to our ideas, making suggestions along the way to ensure our yard maintained symmetrical balance. He would stop every so often & ask if we had questions. Our figure 8 putting green offset the balance of the yard, so Tony & Armando suggested widening a corner area & bordering it with the close-by scrubs to create balance. The information for placement of curbing, rock, 3 french drains, irrigation, sod, installation of plants & scrubs was accurately passed along to Armando & the team. The work was handled very professionally, there was never a mess in our backyard & they made sure everything was to our approval before moving on. If something needed changing, Armando was on it & made sure it was handled! The patience Armando showed was truly amazing. He took the time to explained things whenever it was needed & was more that willing to handle the additional sod and curbing to our landscaping plan without creating a delay. Throughout the entire process, Tony kept us up to speed on what was happening. I can't express how appreciative we are & how excellent the entire A & H Landscaping team was in coordinating, planning & getting the job done efficiently. Not all companies will follow-up with their customer after a job is complete. Only those, like A & H Landscaping, who take pride in their performance, take the time to follow-up with their customers to ensure quality satisfaction with their completed work. We have used A &H landscaping on multiple occasions and never been disappointed. This time we had them finish building a wall around our property and it turned out GORGEOUS! We did have our appointment pushed back over a month but it was WELL worth the wait. They are attentive to details, even if you (the customer!) make mistake, they will make it right. Appreciate them greatly! Would recommend to anyone, and have multiple times!!

We have been so impressed with everyone with A&H Landscaping from the beginning. Always helpful, never pushy Tony was wonderful to work with responsive to questions. We wanted an estimate for a cedar fence only, but Tony helped us to envision what our backyard could look like. What a backyard retreat we ended up with just perfect for our children and dog. They put in a retaining wall, fence, underground sprinklers, Sod, cubing, extended our driveway and patio. They went above and beyond in the backyard with our shed, moving it in to place moving a concrete pad and placing rock around it making it look like it was built there and was made for our yard. Everything we asked was completed and on budget. I can not say enough good things about this company. I am so impressed with the lovely space they created for our family. Friendly and helpful!! A+

We can’t say enough good things about A and H Landscaping! We moved into a new house and had a dirt and weed backyard. They came in and graded, installed irrigation, made rock garden beds, planted trees, layer sod, gravel pathways, concrete patios and mow strips. We added a retaining wall and a stone gate for our RV, done perfectly! Armando, Tony and the team did a fantastic job! They were prompt, efficient and kept a very neat and clean job site.
