HVAC reviews in Pasco, Washington

Outstanding integrity filled people work here. They did a great job with my house vents, even changed one of my hard to reach filters, and cleaned my gutters and roof. Quick communication, very fair prices, and a deep concern for quality. Having them back next fall for sure! Thank you Novasteam!

Wow!
Kya and his team arrived as scheduled and worked magic on cleaning my property.
Dandelions were growing in them, but they got up there and tackled my 20 ft high gutters with ease!
No big thing for Novasteam, but a huge check off my list of things that had been put off for too long.
Thank you, Novasteam, for doing the hard stuff and making my life easier!

This company was the only company willing to just clean my stairs! The fella doing the work was by friendly, explained exactly what he was doing and did a great job! I highly recommend this company!

On time and friendly service techs! Definitely will use them again!

They were awesome I definitely recommend having them do your air duct cleaning or any other service they provide price was great and they were awesome to work with!!! I will def have them come and do any service I need done!! This is my before and after photos!!🤢🤮so gross before!!!

Absolutely fantastic service, and my carpets never looked better! Very professional, yet very friendly, and outgoing. Michael was amazing! Quick response to my inquiry, and scheduling was super easy. Arrived ON TIME, and after a quick walk through of all areas to be cleaned, he went straight to work, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Nova Steam, and they are my go to company from now on. Locally owned is a huge plus!! Thank you for a great job!

Fantastic service. Quality of carpet cleanings and dryer vent cleanings is always excellent. Kya is very reliable and prices are fair. Highly recommend.

UPDATE:
Went and purchased a carpet cleaner from lowes, started cleaning over the area this company charged almost $300 to “clean” and instantly black water appeared. (TWO DAYS AFTER MY $300 SO CALL CLEANING” DISAPPOINTED and will be calling to discuss a resolution. This company is not a cleaning company maybe a steaming company but NOT CLEANING honestly feel ripped off.

Had my upstairs “cleaned” yesterday and requested pet treatment since our dog had two accidents a few days before the scheduled cleaning. Carpet and stair way still smells and all up stairs has a wet muggy smell. We slept downstairs ash night so we could leave all windows open and fans on upstairs and it didn’t help. Very disappointed for what we paid. Thinking of going to buy a carpet cleaners and redoing it myself.

Excellent service overall. we are very pleased with the outcome. Had our air ducts and walls cleaned after moving into a smoker’s home. The owner of this company went out of his way and cleaned our carpet for free. There is barely any smell! I will highly recommend this business to anyone that likes profesional and honest work. Thank you very much for such a great job. Would most definitely use this service again.

I asked in a local facebook group for recommendations on carpet cleaning companies that were reputable and could get pet odors out of carpet. Novasteam was recommended, so I found their website and contacted them about a quote and potentially scheduling a cleaning. Kya responded to my message quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Once a cleaning was scheduled, my husband and I needed to reschedule several times—and Kya was flexible and happy to work with us. On the day of the cleaning, Kya and his assistant arrived promptly at the time we asked on, and were friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with them, and would absolutely recommend them! (And, while I hope we don’t have a need for carpet cleaning anytime soon, I will absolutely use them again if the need arises!)

Good experience! I called and they had availability early the next day! Called 3 other places and Novasteam was the best price!
With 3 dogs and 2 kids I am happy with how they turned out!

Easy booking process, they were able to come in 2-3 business days and take care of our carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend our carpet looks brand new, and the guys were very pleasant to work with.

Great communication with Kya before, during and after service. The guys came in and were so respectful of my home. They were efficient at getting the job done. Super friendly but yet still professional to where I felt very comfortable having them freely go throughout my home.

We had our tile and carpets cleaned. Did a great job on both. The carpet looks new!
The guys are very nice and explain the process and then show you when they are done.
Will keep using Nova Steam!

The old carpet looks amazing.
The promptness and attention to detail was exceptional

Kya did an amazing job!! Fast and friendly service! They were affordable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! 5 outta 5 stars!!

These guys do a great job! We have had them clean our couch a couple times and they have done an excellent job each time.

They are always on time and very kind.

They do a very thorough job and always lets me check the work before they leave.

What a great job! Timely professional and kind. Can’t wait to have them back

We just had Novasteam at our home again. They shampooed our carpets paying extra attention to dog potty stains and they cleaned our gutters. They returned in better weather to do our windows, inside and out. They are always courteous and professional and they care about doing exactly what you need. They are also very accommodating by discussing pricing options and helping you stay within your budget. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I couldn't be more pleased with the results from Novasteam! Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough in their work. My house exterior, carpets and air ducts have never looked better—the difference is truly night and day.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to ensure every surface was spotless, and their steam cleaning method was perfect for delicate areas needing a deeper but gentle clean.

If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality pressure washing and steam cleaning service, I highly recommend Novasteam. Their expertise and dedication make them stand out, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

Novasteam came through at the best price in town, and completely extracted all of the lint in my dryer line. The picture speaks for itself. I had the owner of the company perform the work and he was extremely professional and friendly! I’ve used their steam cleaning services in the past, and these guys are top notch. They go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy with their service. I highly recommend their services!
