HVAC reviews in Pasco, Washington

Novastream was punctual and professional. They made sure to go over and review with me the carpets and damage caused from our pets. I appreciated their explanation of services and made sure I was comfortable with their suggested game plan and pricing. They were also able to give new life to an older rug we had, looks like new! I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend them!

Could not be happier with my experience with Novasteam! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. From scheduling to completion of the service. Michael was especially considerate of all carpet cleaning requests and deodorizing services. Best value for the money. Thank you!

Kai was on time and took the time to explain the process! Very professional in his work and made sure that everything was cleaned up! Definitely recommend them for duct cleaning!!!

I’ve used Novasteam for carpet cleaning multiple times now, and I am always beyond impressed with their service! From start to finish, the team is professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They always take the time to make sure every inch of my carpets is cleaned to perfection. The results are always amazing—my carpets look brand new every time! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, and the equipment they use is top-notch. I also love that they use eco-friendly products, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend Novasteam for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning service. I'll definitely continue to be a repeat customer and send all of my real estate clients to them!

The customer service and knowledge behind the work is unbelievable with these guys! Almost every room in our new house was serviced in one way or another, even our air ducts and an outside window! You would never believe we HAD calcium built up so much you couldn't see out of it. The Novasteam Team made our house feel like a home! We have full trust in these guys, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Excellent customer service and consistent, high-quality results! My carpet and furniture have never looked better!

I was impressed from start to finish. They contacted me quickly to schedule my appointment, the arrived on time, with a text to let me know they were on the way. The were courteous, informative, and polite. The educated me on the process, the expectations, and reminded me of their warranty. I was very impressed. I waited to write the review, because I wanted to give the carpet time to dry (which was quick) and see if I was still impressed, and I was! Not only did they clean my carpet, but also a recliner and made it look like new. I will definitely be using them again. I did my research before scheduling, and I chose them because of the google reviews, I will continue to use them because of the quality of work.

This was our second time having Kya from Novasteam clean our carpets, and once again he did an excellent job. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was seamless and communication was clear and professional. Kya not only left our carpets looking great, but also took the time to inspect our vents and provide a fair quote for additional services, which we plan to schedule with him soon. Novasteam is a reliable company, and we will definitely continue using their services in the future.

Our carpets look and smell amazing thanks to these two guys!! Very fast, friendly and professional! Thank you Ashley Lineberry for the recommendation

Fast and easy to schedule, great service. Left out old carpet spotless. He was pretty straight forward in regards to a red Gatorade spill. Totally recommend and would use services again.

P.S I took this picture in the middle of the cleaning not the best one but you can clearly see a difference already.

Novasteam did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, we always cleaned it ourselves which took hours to do and was always stressful. Novasteam was in and out in less then two hour.My carpets are a little worn but they have not looked this clean an a long time! Thank you Novasteam!
