They staff was very nice, customer service good but they charge little bit more than other.

Was having refer problems called them up they said bring it in we will work you in got there pulled my trailer in right away found the problem. Over all friendly and helpful people . Will definitely Connie Keith and the guys in the shop👍 thanks .

At this location, the guys inside were really cool.. Keith help me at the desk.. and the mechanic Troy Erwin is a beast. I was in and out within an hour cool dude... Great location. Great group of guys.

Great people. Service writer came outside as I was parking to see what was happening with my unit. Mechanic was working on it within minutes. A little over an hour later I was back on the road.

Stay away for these people. We had a broken belt on our trailer, so we sent our driver to have it replaced there on regular business hours. Since 1 belt was broken, we assumed 2nd might be worn out too, so we requested them to replace both belts. just to replace 2 belt we were charged $492. We all know how long it takes to replace belts, and how much belt costs. they are over priced, so stay away from these people.

Scam ALERT, Be careful with this place! They have around 600$ minimum charge. They don't charge per hour as all other normal Thermoking dealers do, 2h minimum with extra fees just to look at trailer, ask you to bid on your repairs ( never seen than in my whole life) before even seeing the trailer.

I wish I could rate earl ( think that was his name! ) my company told me to call Thermo king but they meant to call carrier your guy went above and beyond and helped try to troubleshoot my problem. I really appreciate the customer service that he showed. You don’t see that very often these days especially when he could’ve just come and said sorry we don’t touch carrier equipment and been gone. Thank you for being a honest customer service, friendly business

Use this place as a last resort, will charge you insane amount for basic work. They charged me $600 for a battery .......

Went in there with reefer alarms - afterhours tech was great got us in right away and was very knowledgeable . Thank you for all the help . We at MC Carrier appreciate the prompt service and will be back in the future if needed.

The service tech, Jose seemed to go above and beyond. He was here for hours ensuring that his service was as effective as possible. He was very pleasant and thorough. Hopefully, this is the fix we needed for our heated floors.

AJ fixed our hot water heater (blown heating element). Very professional and friendly. Would easily recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs.

JRT Mechanical is absolutely the best. There is no need to call anyone else. We have used them several times and we are always more than happy. They are on time, professional, and very pleasant and easy to work with. AJ, the plumbing tech who came out on this latest job was great. He was very knowledgeable, and kept us posted on every thing he was doing. The area was cleaned up nicely when he was done. We will always us JRT and will request AJ in the future.

JRT was awesome! We were owner builders of a 6,000 ft home and of all the subs we hired out they were my favorite! They came out everytime we asked even if it was for something quick, they were on time (never happend with anyone else) everyone that came was very friendly and super helpful, the only people I would give my list of things to and they always got done and without complaining. Couldn't recommend them enough! We asked 6 of our friends that had built for references and no one liked their Plummer, we used these guys and had the best experience! Thanks guys, you were 10/10
