The service here blew me away. I didn't expect to get help as I needed help the next day. But these guys accommodated me with the three most helpful dudes on short notice. These three showed up and unloaded a 26foot uhaul for me in no time at all and made the 10 hours I spent loading look like chump change. Again I am completely blown away. I will never forget the name Kastle Express. I am going to endlessly recommend them until the end of time.

We were in a bind getting my mother-in-law quickly moved from her home into assisted living and Kastl was very empathetic about our situation. They found a way to squeeze us into their busy schedule. On top of that, the 2 gentleman who handled the move were professional, friendly and very hardworking. I highly recommend Kastl and definitely consider them our preferred movers for the Tri-Cities area.

It is rare that my expectations are exceeded to the degree they were with Kastl Express! I needed help moving heavy, awkward items from an upstairs bedroom (cherry furniture, some items were 7' long and 5' tall, they all weighed more than 100 lbs) to a shipping container for transport and storage. These guys came, carefully wrapped and packed each item with *REAL CARE*, were prompt, courteous and respectful and above all knew what they were doing and worked amazingly well together--a real TEAM. Their cost was totally reasonable and a true value. Now my stuff is packed, none of it is damaged and, most importantly, my back feels great! THANK YOU! Great Work! Well done!
