Reviews of local pros in Pasco, Washington

We had a great experience with Prieto, from our sales person, Juan, to our project managers , Alejandro and Pedro. We had a retaining wall, a block fence, and a French drain installed. Their teams were hard working, polite, and enjoyable. They educated us where needed—especially on our sprinkler system. They stand by their work. We needed something fixed and they came right away to redo something. We highly recommend them!

We hired Prieto Landscaping to give our backyard a makeover. They exceeded our expectation and got everything done in a timely manner. Everyone on the team was very friendly and respectful. Will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Prieto landscaping designed and landscaped my back yard. The company was very timely, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Workers were very courteous and prompt. When the job was completed, the job site was cleaned thoroughly. This landscaping company exceeded my expectations and would 100% recommend.

Horrible company! We bought a new house and the sprinkler system was installed by them so we thought we would have them blow out our sprinklers in the fall. Called a couple times with no response then we were out of town and they showed up. Didn't even get permission and blew them out and charged us a ridiculous amount of money. When we contacted them back about it, they did nothing. We started our system up this spring and the valve box had water in it. Contacted someone else to look at it and was told whoever blew out your sprinklers put to much pressure. Blew the seals on all 4 valves so we had to have them all replaced. Will never recommend this company! Glad to see our builders fired them too and have now contracted with different company.

From start to finish Juan was very involved and insightful. He made great recommendations and we actually accepted most of them.
The folks doing the work were very competent, friendly and receptive to a few last minutes requests.

I would recommend without hesitation.

Great experience . All of the employees were hard-working and did an excellent job. The coordinator Johnny was easy to reach and available to answer all my concerns in questions.

Whoever drive their truck talks on the phone while driving, he cut off someone pulling a 20 loaded trailer to get to a gas pump in front of them. He never got off his phone even when pulling away, just a rude person

We recently hired Prieto Landscaping for a second time, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! This time, they installed curbing in both the front and back yards, a french drain, and an irrigation bib. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.

The quality of their work is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Our yard looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The first time we hired them, they landscaped our entire backyard, and that experience was just as excellent. It’s rare to find a company you can trust to deliver consistently high-quality results, but Prieto Landscaping does just that.

We can’t recommend them enough—thank you again!

Best landscaper in the Tri! Couldn’t be happier with their work. Stayed on budget and schedule even with all my changes I threw at them. Pictures should demonstrate a highly skilled and professional company. Thanks for your amazing effort!

We bought a home with a slope on a side yard and wanted it to be usable so we ended up building a retaining wall and raising the the slope to be equal height to the highest point by the house and built a block fence around the property. The work was done in a timely manner. Questions were answered promptly. Really appreciated the walkthrough after the work was nearly complete and able to bounce ideas off of the project manager to complete the work. We are very happy with the end result. Will use Prieto for future projects.

Johnny w/Prieto saw my vision for putting my backyard together and made it happen! They installed new sod, curbing, sprinklers, and planted 15 arborvitae's, and extended my patio. I absolutely love the work he and his team did! I highly recommend them!

They did the landscaping on our new build in ephrata, did check the system. Back yard sod died. They did come out and replace and fix the sprinkler issue. Coming into colder weather I called and asked if we needed to go through them for the sprinkler blow out for warranty purposes. I was told yes I needed to and there would be no charge. 4 calls later im told They charge not only 80 to blow out the sprinkler but a travel fee of 20 dollars. And then to get the system going again in the spring its 120 plus the travel fee. Things need to be clearer on what your going to charge of if someone is going to be required to go through you for warranty purposes because I have local company that will do the blow out and restart for 130... 110 dollars cheaper...

Pierto Landscaping was awesome to work with. I had them put in block fence and custom iron gates. Everyone involved in the project were hard working and delivered amazing results. The team checked and rechecked to make sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Prieto was an amazing company to work with and honestly a blessing after our horrible experience with a previous block fence contractor. They went above and beyond to communicate daily to tell us when they would arrive and provided regular updates on the project. They worked with us to help clean up the mess our previous contractors left. They ensured every step of the way that we were satisfied with the project and got the entire fence (300ft) finished in 4 days. It was incredibly fast and streamlined. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them time and time again.

We love our fence! We found Prieto to be very reasonable for what we wanted, they communicated well, and worked hard and did a great job on our fence. We had some strange angles and they were able to put it together while keeping it aesthetically pleasing. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend.

We had an exceptional experience with Prieto, from our sales person, Juan, to our project manager, Alex. We found Prieto to be very reasonable for what we wanted, they communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way. We had a block retaining wall, and gates installed. Their teams were hard working, punctual and polite. We highly recommend them!!!

Great company! Very happy with our service and. The customer service was very pleasant as well.

What an amazing company to work with! Pedro and his team are always dependable, friendly, and make your yard look the best in the neighborhood! Anytime I need additional services, they are not only willing, but extremely capable of assisting me in my yard improvements. Thank you for the years of incredible service, care and integrity!

We used Tri Cities Lawn Service last season and they were really great. Reliable, fast, and great communication. Looking forward to having them do our mowing and fertilizing again this summer.

Excellent work would recommend him to everyone

Great attention to detail 👍🏼💪🏽
