We had an outstanding experience with Ruben from Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. At our office, he worked on our Mitsubishi upper wall unit for heating and cooling, and he was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He thoroughly cleaned the filters and inner turbine, explained everything he was doing, and took the time to teach me how to maintain the outer filters every couple of months — especially important if you have pets.
As a school teacher, I really appreciate great communication and strong people skills such a huge difference from other companies that came over where there was very little. Ruben was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. His customer service was excellent, and he made the entire visit a pleasure after a terrible experience with two other HVAC companies who rushed the job, overcharged, and made us uncomfortable.
Ruben’s workmanship was careful and detailed, the pricing was very reasonable, and the service was so impressive that I’ve already shared my experience with friends and family. We’ve all decided to switch to Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for future service — not only for heating and cooling, but also plumbing.
Ruben is truly an asset to the company. I hope the owners recognize the quality of his work, his customer relations skills, and consider him for leadership opportunities. Employees like Ruben set the standard, and he’s the kind of technician who should be training others on how to treat customers with professionalism and respect.

We had Dylan come out for our AC/heating unit that the AC and heating that went out last summer. He was able to not only give us a free quite he was very thorough. We cpykdnt find the main unit and have had many other companies that weren't willing to find the main unit for us to get a quote.

Not only was he willing to do that he went above and beyond by going in our very creepy crawl space and in the attic that looks like it possibly has a racoon or opossum infestation at one time.
Although the repairs are going to be extremely expensive he leave us many options. I was very satisfied with the care he took to find the problem.

Technician Mr. Sanchez was such a knowledgeable person performing routine furnace diagnostic quality checks. What a pleasant individual to have serviced my unit. He exceeded my expectations, way beyond the 5 stars. Excellent quality work ethics!

We had two amazing HVAC technicians come out to fix our heater, and they did a wonderful job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Everything was explained clearly, and the repair was done quickly. I believe their names were Toni and Javier (forgive me if I’m mistaken), but they were both fantastic. We truly appreciate their hard work and excellent service. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
The initial contact was quick. And that was the only positive about this whole interaction. I paid half the cost up front (per their requirement) red flag one. I was told it would be done in 2 days. That was first thing Monday morning 9/22/25. I hadn’t heard from them and finally called back on Friday end of day 9/26/2025. I talked to 4 different people no one had any solid answers as to why I hadn’t been contacted or why the part had not been ordered. I finally spoke to Derick to cancel a quote they wanted to give me about a new furnace. He was rude and upset I didn’t want a quote. I informed him that if they couldn’t even handle communication about a repair I sure wasn’t going to give them anymore of my money for a furnace. He got upset and ended the call. I finally heard from a manager Monday afternoon 9/29 ensuring me she was handling it and I would hear from her daily until the repair was done. I never heard from her again. Finally Wednesday end of day 10/1/2025 they called to schedule the repair, I informed them I worked at 11 am and they said they couldn’t guarantee the time frame and I would have to have more time available. The part they were replacing is a plug in part - picture of connectors follow. Literally takes 5 minutes to replace. They wouldn’t do a first call of the day for me even though it had been almost 2 weeks on a two day service and said I would have to just wait to get the repair done until I had a day off. Which then takes it into week 3 with no repair and me without heat. I asked for an itemized bill/quote of the cost of repair which they refused to give. They said they only give overall costs and refuse to give an itemized bill. So they want almost a $1000 for two limit switches and ten minutes of work.

Tech Dylan was awesome and knew his stuff. Highly recommend.

We had a technician come out today to do maintenance on our HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain everything to me and help us with the air filter. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

I have been very pleased with the quality of work done by All Phase. I have had new installs and repairs done by them and they were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Ron Burt

We have used All Phase in the past and had no problems - we were satisfied with their work. Today the gentleman that came to the house for our maintenance program refused to wear a mask, even though we offered. My husband has had covid, and doesn't want it again. We asked him to leave.

These guys seemed great at first but after 3 return visits and having to call another contractor to finish the job I’m just not impressed. Being in construction for 15 years this is not how things are supposed to work. I have a new contractor here tonight to try and get my heat working. It’s going to be 30 degrees tonight and All-Phase was supposed to be here at 4:30. It’s 9:08 and Dayco heating are the ones who shoewed up to get this fixed. I guess we’ll have to settle with All Phase later.

Ok, I would really, really stay away from this company. I apparently did not learn the first time.

My house was very hot during the summer. I was charged $934 for a misdiagnosis. Then I call them back out 9 days later to learn that the part they replaced needed to be done even though it didn't fix the problem.

The next repair they wanted to do would cost $2600!

I got smart, went to Angie's List, and found the highest rated company on there. The difference was astounding. They identified that All Phase totally screwed up and were surprised that they actually had the gall to not give me my money back.

Then they went on to fix the problem (blown capacitor and expansion valve) that All Phase should have recognized right away.

Stay away from All Phase.

All Phase had a technician come out to replace an entire HVAC unit the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day weekend so our weekend guests wouldn't die from the heat on our 2nd floor. They saved our weekend!

We've found that their technicians are smart and know what they're doing - they've taken them time to give great advice to us in each project or maintenance work we've had done. Most importantly, the company as a whole is trustworthy.
