I had submitted a previous review thinking that they had fixed my issue now I have had to call in 3 days in a row my heater still isn’t working and the last representative Dane that I spoke to was extremely robotic had no emotion or anything he’s a comply waste and the to be told a manager would call be back that it would take an hour for the call back I work graveyard and should be sleeping instead I have to wait for a call to try and get my heater fixed for a third time I may have to find another company to get it fixed properly and then explore other avenues this place has the worst customer care service and even though the tech was extremely nice I will absolutely never do business with this company again and I will tell everyone to avoid them at all cost

Dylan was on time and transparent about the damages and necessary maintenance needed. He was quick and professional.

Jerron was very polite, professional,and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and seeing in our 32 year old HVAC unit. I now know that our unit has surpassed it's expected life span and has served us well. We scheduled another visit for tomorrow to get a free quote on the latest and greatest units available in today's heat and air market. We have been adding freon to this unit every 3-4 years for the past 2 decades and the R-22 freon is no longer made and harder to find and very expensive. And energy efficiency ???

Tyler was the technician that came to do the service this time, he was friendly and, respectful, he took the time to explain what going on with the heater and help us to accommodate an appointment ( difficult scheduleon our side) with a sales representative. The ability to schedule the complete solution to the problem within a day, the ease of working with the staff on the telephone, how conscientious they were with ensuring I knew as closely as possible when they would arrive were all very helpful. Most of all, their representatives are people. I am happy to have in my home. The technicians who did the work at our house were excellent. They kept our house clean. They cleaned up everything that they did. They worked hard and got the job done much much more quickly than I had expected. I'm very satisfied with their work. Called to get a diagnostic on a Friday, had the issue fixed Monday morning. Amazing customer service from our technician Ruben Sanchez. He made sure that everything was working properly before leaving and was extremely helpful!

This company is so great to work with. Both technicians worked very hard, non-stop! Joe and his assistant completely replumbed our home, installed a new hot water tank, a new kitchen sink with faucet, a new garbage disposal, a new bathroom sink, new shutoff valves in the laundry room, new hose bibs, access to our new shower valves and a loop for a water softener. They put fabric down to protect our floors. They cleaned up when the job was complete. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning.

The technician that came out to my house was completely unprepared. How he had a 15 ft hose to wash out my air conditioner. How he couldn't do my water heater drain because it has a plastic nozzle on it which is standard out of the box. Paper says he applied a weather resistant protective coating to outdoor unit and he did not. He didn't even look at the air filter guarantee it's dirty hasn't been changed in over a month. And I was under the impression that it was a full system check not just a AC check. Whether that's on him or the representative that sold it to me I feel this whole thing was a waste of money 0 OUT OF 10

Jerron was great. He was professional, respectful and made me feel comfortable with him providing the service. Pricing was great and will use this company again if needed. Having great workers makes a great company.

Our water heater died the day before Thanksgiving. We called Home Depot and they connected us with this company. The company was very professional and were able to come the next day and install us a new hot water heater. Both of the gentlemen who came out, were very kind and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We would use this company again

Now this is how you run a business!! The staff is professional and friendly. They gave a window of time for arrival that was reasonable. They called to confirm the appointment. The sent a reminder text when the technician was on the way and I also got a phone call. The technician completed the work and called to review the work with me before he left. They didn't try to upsell me. I highly recommend them!

UPDATE 12.18.25: I'm selling my home and the home inspector found some water in the HVAC tray. Because I recently had my system serviced by Right Now Heating & Plumbing, there was no fee for a return check up. The technician was very friendly and quickly found the issue and resolved it for no fee! I'm so grateful! This is a very stressful transaction and not having a huge bill on top of everything else was a relief!

Dylan, a technician from Right Now Heating and Cooling, just came to my home to evaluate our furnace. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He also took pictures to show me and that helped alot. I would highly recommend him.
