I was very pleased, Dillon was the technician and he was very respectful and explained everything to me about things that are showing some wear in my older heating system but are all working fine now, also I was very impressed he wore booties over his boots so as not to track in any dirt and since I don't wear shoes in the house I was very thankful for that and wish more service people showed that respect. I gave them 5 stars

I've had the new water heater for a little over a year. But sometimes things happen and things need a fix. I had a small leak at the inlet, and the tech came out and replaced the hose and connectian. Quick, easy, fantastic work. I have no doubt it'll last longer this time.

I had never heard of Right Now before but they sent me a postcard and I decided to hire them to do a Furnace, AC, and Water Heater tune up. They were terrific. Lady on phone was polite and helped me with making an appointment. Technician Jerron Floyd was on time, friendly, very professional, and worked quickly. When he was finished he explained everything that he did and all concerns that he had found. We talked about Right Now's company goals. We will be contacting Jerron in 2026 to schedule a review for new equipment. I can highly recommend this company. Can't miss their pink trucks!

Dillon was awesome. He came over and put on shoe coverings before coming inside. His shoes were probably fine but I appreciate the extra care. He immediately started working on the furnace. He explained everything to me about what was going on and what I could do to prolong my systems life. He made the furnace as efficient as possible. After that he flushed the water heater just to check if any sediment had formed. Then he went outside and made sure all the fluids and everything on my air conditioning unit were set to manufacture specifications. He did a great job and did it fast.
