We hired Noble HVAC to install ductwork in a large home with 25-foot ceilings, along with a mini-split heat pump in a controlled area. Their team was skilled, professional, and stayed positive throughout the project. Nick cleaned up the refrigerant lines and conduit with a UV-rated trim that made everything look sharp. I really appreciated the clear communication and regular updates. Highly recommend.

Once my insurance initiated my claim, Noble HVAC was right on top of it. Responding quickly. Very friendly and reliable. Cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend Noble to anyone. 👍

Noble HVAC Services where the best. They came in politely & went right to work. They made sure that they explained each step so that we would understand. Did not do any damage as they had to climb in & out of the attic with heavy equipment. Left everything clean. We didn't have to do anything to clean up after. Excellent company. I cannot recommend Noble HVAC enough! Our 20+ year old system went out. Home Shield sent Noble out and it was a breeze from our first service to the installation of our new unit. They were friendly, professional, and fast.

Excellent service. Everyone from the office over the phone was great , helped answer all my questions and got me squared away with their finance company. The guys were great doing the install, and were very understanding of my need to let our animals out to go to the bathroom. Was a long install as lots had to be brought up to code. We will 💯 be suggesting Noble to anyone we know in need of their services, as well as, make sure we schedule regular seasonal checks on our new system. Thank you to all of you.

Advice to future customers don't let the look of youth discourage you, this team of gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, polite and did the job quick and was very responsive to questions. Can’t say enough good things about Noble HVAC! They do my spring and fall maintenance every year, and they always go over and above! They are priced well, and never try to upsell me, however, if there are any issues they are sure to give me reasonable problem solving advice. Nick and Isaiah came out and got my system running quickly and were very helpful and nice.

Edit:
The thermostat was installed and they set it up incorrectly. I had to be away for a few days and the house was over 100 degrees when I came back. Thermostat reading at 99 degrees and it was clearly hotter than that and the heat was actively running. I shut off the system and called them. They came out a couple days later. They then fixed the programming on the thermostat as they had set it up as if there was separate heat and cool systems so it did not tell the system to switch between the two, so as long as it was trying to cool it would send heat. The temperature my house was at it caused melamine on the vanity in the bathroom to peal. Their solution was they can pay for my can of paint to fix it for an issue they caused. Because of the material it cannot just be painted.

Noble HVAC came to my house because our insurance company didn’t want to pay to replace both furnace and heat pump. They came on a Thursday and by Friday, I had an email stating the insurances would issue a supplemental check to fix the entire system. The techs were polite, and even arrived before their two hour window.

Very pleased with the service we received from Noble HVAC. Needed a mini split installed to turn my garage into a studio. They gave me a few options to choose from and when I wasn’t sure Nick elaborated on each one and gave his thoughts on what he would do. I appreciated the input. They were quick to come out and install (within a week) and I’m pleased with my unit. I then had them install one at another location for my company and they did a good job there as well. Pleased with the service & the price.
