Excellent customer service! Our technician Amos was professional, punctual, and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly address all of our concerns., which we truly appreciated. I was initially worried about the large appointment window because I work outside of the home, but the team added my availability to the notes as promised - and they made it work! I’m so grateful for the consideration and the outstanding service!

He answered all my questions and noticed and pointed out other electrical safety issues that he saw. The bid was competitive and staff was very knowledgeable about electrical work. Spencer was able to catch some wiring that was done improperly with my electric irrigation pump and showed me where it burned the wires. Definite fire hazard which they fully re worked and restored to code. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!

Joshua Alviso is an experienced electrician. The house he worked on is old. He carefully looked & found electrical issues that needed to be repaired to prevent potential damage & possible fire. His work was excellent & we were pleased with his results. I would highly recommend Josh because he is capable, efficient, & easy to work with.

Very knowledgeable. Head and shoulders above previous companies I had come out to give an estimate in regards to knowledge and comfortability with the set up. I can definitely tell the quality is there as well as the price tag but I think in this industry you get what you pay for.

Trevor was prompt, helpful, and provided a very reasonable quote. He was also patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Great experience overall.

Excellent service, friendly technicians and job well done! They made sure to clean up any messes, they did everything as described in the invoice and also climbed on the roof to install something at the request of the inspector. I liked that there was a virtual inspection done, which saves us and the company time that we can't get back! Great use of technology to assist with the service done. Jake did an outstanding job! After the initial snaking, the drain wasn't evacuating properly so he did it all over again until achieving the desired results. Outstanding young man who conducted himself professionally and ethically. Would highly recommend him to others.

We had a comprehensive plumbing job on our 1960 home. Sam and Mo completed the job like the pros they are. They took the time to answer our questions, always good humored, and often going above and beyond our expectations. And, they were super nice to our dogs. Josh, was very professional and very quick to respond for service. He took the time to explain the smoke detector worked, since it was not something I have seen before in any of the homes I owned. He went over a yearly service plan which is actually a good thing to have.

Tino did a great job with us. He was very forthcoming with all of our issues with our water system. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We will ask for him in any of our plumbing issues. Campbell and company is great.

The people are really nice and pleasant. Charged me 4 times the going price for a thermostat. Way more device than I needed. Didn't leave me any information about it. Not a box, nothing. Didn't leave the old unit so I could check it out. Labor charge is reasonable but charged me for a membership I did not ask for. I'm sure he got me sign for it on his little tablet thingy, though. I see in the paperwork emailed to me I should have a remote sensor, so remote it's also invisible. Not happy.

Guys have been awesome! Furnace/A/C unit installed but they need to come back take care of a few things to make sure it’s running properly. Whole experience has been great! Everyone involved has been professional, friendly, and informative.

Original: Would 100 recommend Campbell & company both Roberto and Tony were great technicians Knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of us and our home. They covered their shoes before walking on our floors explained what they'd would be doing and cleaned up the mess after work was finished. They also Triple checked to make sure we didn't have any more questions before they left.

Amazing work, and a really great guy. He was knowledgeable and curtious. Great technician, great company and the special rate for drains is unbeatable by any plumber around. Save yourself the time of calling other places. They get it done

Rolando was professional and took the time to explain the possible repair scenarios. I chose the simplest but unfortunately it did not last, so we opted to pursue a complete new system. Very pleased with the service call even though the end result was not as initially hoped for.

Rolando was great. Nice, polite and efficient. I guess I could have said professional. Fixed my unit in a blink of an eye.

As far as the company, I love that they sent a text introducing who was coming to my house. They were prompt even though I didn't make an emergency appointment. My appointment was for between 1200 and 1700 and my HVAC was fixed by 1300.

I almost forgot to mention Mia. She was so good that I'm questioning if she's a real person. To the point, professional and quick. If she isn't real, other businesses should get that program. If she is real, I wish I could be a articulate as you are.

I'll be using them from now on.

I’ve always had great experiences with this company! I’m on their HVAC maintenance plan, and scheduling is always quick and easy. They come out twice a year and I always feel confident that the work is being done thoroughly and correctly.

Today my technician was Thalia, and she was wonderful. Super friendly, very respectful of my home, arrived right on time, and was efficient without ever feeling rushed. She made sure everything was looking great, checked all the filters, and walked me through what she was seeing.

I really appreciate the consistency and professionalism from everyone I’ve interacted with, and Thalia was no exception. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Campbell and Company, especially with their service technician Johnny. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail, so I felt confident in what he was doing. He took the time to get my heat going and successfully installed my new thermostat. His professionalism and expertise truly stood out. Johnny was incredibly thorough and took the time to make sure everything was operating properly. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist myself, so it means a lot when someone else takes that same pride in their work.

Over the years we’ve had quite a few technicians perform routine maintenance, but none with the attention to detail Johnny showed. That kind of care really makes a difference.

We’ve already noticed a big improvement in airflow in the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thanks to Johnny and the Campbell & Company team! I will definitely be requesting him for routine maintenance from here on!
