Reviews of local pros in Pasco, Washington

10/10! Highly recommend Oscar and his company. This dude went completely above and beyond for my family and I, and did an amazing job! He had the whole house done in about an hour!
If you’re looking for quality work from a quality guy, 5 Star gutters is the place to use!

I’m extremely happy with the gutter work done on my home by 5 Star Guttering. The team was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looks clean and works perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service!

A few years ago, we had 5Star Guttering install new gutters on our home and they did a wonderful job. Fast-forward to a few weeks ago, one of our gutters started to bow in the middle so I reached out to Oscar to let him know that we needed a repair done on one gutter. He came out and assessed the situation. Decided that all that was needed were longer screws. He came back, put in longer screws, everything was perfect again and he did not charge us. Excellent customer service we highly recommend him.

We were so glad that a couple different people suggested that we call 5 Star Guttering to have gutters installed at our new home. Their quote was very reasonable and Oscar was friendly, professional, and helpful to our needs. The team that was sent to do our job finished everything in a timely manner and did a great job. We would DEFINITELY recommend this business for all your gutter needs!

CHEAP MATERIALS, POOR WORKMANSHIP, & OVERLY PRICED
At first glance the gutters looked great, but after a couple months one large section (almost the entire length of the house) of gutters had completely bent. Now, on just about every corner where the gutters meet the gutters are leaking and causing ICE to form on the cement. Our BIGGEST CONCERN is the main walkway to the (often used) front door entrance. When I recently reached out to #FiveStarGuttering to inform them of the ICE BUILDUP on our walkway they were embarrassed and told me they could come out that week. They NEVER showed up. Great people and amazing service!

Best cleaning company in Tri-Cities! Friendly service, attention to detail. Highly recommend it!!

Recommend to anyone. Great hard working, responsible, detailed and just genuinely nice people. Very happy with their service. Thank you! 🙏

We have used this service for over 5 years with exceptional results. I appreciate their consistency and attention to detail. Our building is cleaned on a regular schedule. They come, they work and the building is clean when they leave. If I work late and they come to clean, they are respectful and courteous. I recommend them without reservation!

If you're looking for excellence, you found it!

Bright Klean does an amazingly consistent and thorough job keeping our office building spotless. (The delivery drivers frequently stop here to use the restrooms because they know they'll be clean).

I love this company and love their work it’s amazing

The company provides great work for a reasonable price and the employees are very cooperative and friendly! They do what you ask and leave you 100% satisfied.

Outstanding integrity filled people work here. They did a great job with my house vents, even changed one of my hard to reach filters, and cleaned my gutters and roof. Quick communication, very fair prices, and a deep concern for quality. Having them back next fall for sure! Thank you Novasteam!

Wow!
Kya and his team arrived as scheduled and worked magic on cleaning my property.
Dandelions were growing in them, but they got up there and tackled my 20 ft high gutters with ease!
No big thing for Novasteam, but a huge check off my list of things that had been put off for too long.
Thank you, Novasteam, for doing the hard stuff and making my life easier!

This company was the only company willing to just clean my stairs! The fella doing the work was by friendly, explained exactly what he was doing and did a great job! I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely fantastic service, and my carpets never looked better! Very professional, yet very friendly, and outgoing. Michael was amazing! Quick response to my inquiry, and scheduling was super easy. Arrived ON TIME, and after a quick walk through of all areas to be cleaned, he went straight to work, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Nova Steam, and they are my go to company from now on. Locally owned is a huge plus!! Thank you for a great job!

Fantastic service. Quality of carpet cleanings and dryer vent cleanings is always excellent. Kya is very reliable and prices are fair. Highly recommend.
