    Our family experienced a 2nd floor laundry room flood the first week of March. We were referred to Kustom and after speaking with Jordon, we knew we had found the right contractor for us. Jordon was patient, prompt in communication and asked us throughout the process how we felt about the work being done and if there was anything more he could do for us. Kevin and his team was able to put our home back together faster than expected and the work is second to none. We needed all new carpet, the tile floor in the laundry room, the entire downstairs ceiling including pendant and can lights and a thorough cleaning after the work. And we got just that. The house looks better than it did before and again, sooner than we anticipated. We couldn’t recommend this company and team more!

    Kustom did a great job with repairing the damage done to our place by a water event. The job included installing replacement insulation, drywall, and trim, plus re-installing carpet. All the work was done well -- the seam between original drywall and new isn't visible, wall texturing was done great, like you can't tell where the old ends and the new begins, painting was done great, too, trim looks good, carpet looks as good as new. Job took minimal time, communication with the project director was regular and helpful, and the people doing the actual work were friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend that when you have a disaster that Kustom is your first call for making it right.

    We've had Kustom take care of a few projects for us and they have been been absolutely great to work with. They are extremely efficient and communicative! Oscar came out yesterday and was very respectful and understanding of the situation we were dealing with and made sure that we were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend anybody else for restoration/remediation.
