Had Sound Exterior Solutions come out for a gutter cleaning on my house. I felt like they did a great job. They were able to get me in right away and the Tech showed up right on time notified me when on the way. Mainly they are a legit Business not one of those companies trying to get your information to sale you something. I will definitely use S.E.S. again in the future.

The technician let me know when he arrived and what he would be doing. I had gutter cleaning and moss prevention treatment done. Having worked with the company before, I told him no need to let me know when he completed the job and left. The company always does a great job and leaves after cleaning up.

JJ provided excellent service installing our roof Christmas lights. He arrived on time, discussed in detail his plan, got started and spent most of the day working in the rain until complete. Lights look terrific. I'll be contacting him for future exterior work.

I have a lot of pine trees around my house so every year my roof and gutters gets blanketed with pine needles. Tanner did a great job clearing all the pine needles off the roof and gutters. I did have other roof cleaners come out in the past but this is the first time my wife actually commented on how pleased she was with the job. I am happy I made the call to Sound Exterior Solutions.

The crew that came out from Sound Exterior Solutions to clean our roof and siding did a great job. They got the siding looking fresh, our trim cleaned up ready for paint, and our roof cleaned up and treated for moss. And they were done right around lunch time!

They were professionnel, courteous, and answered all my questions. I'd definitely have them clean the exterior of my house again.

Sound Exterior Solutions has been amazing to work with! First of all, can we just highlight the fact that they install the roof anchors under roof shingles and actually attach them to the truss, thank goodness! Secondly, their communication is on point. From filling out the online free estimate form (They called within 5 minutes) to coordinating the roof anchor install, to reminders before the appointment..I have to share I have been impressed. Even their invoicing and payment process is super smooth. I was not there for the actual roof and gutter cleaning, but my clients were and are super pleased and happy with the outcome and their process. I will absolutely be using JJ & his team moving forward!

We had a great experience with Sound Exterior Solutions. The pricing was reasonable, there was zero pressure or upselling, and communication was easy throughout. JJ handled everything on the business side and made the process super straightforward. Tanner did the work on our roof and was on time and very thorough — he even swept our balcony afterward. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and can’t recommend them enough!

Tanner did a great job and although the cement stain was not 100% removed (I had been advised they couldn’t give me a 100% guarantee so I wasn’t surprised) but it looks so much better than I had even allowed myself to have hoped for. Thanks!!

Justin was working on our neighbors house roof, I noticed the professional job and the detail in which she worked. I asked for a quote, I received it promptly, it was reasonable, and within two weeks he completed the work at my house. I could not ask for a better job or a better looking roof when complete. Would recommend him to anybody.
