Justin at Finishing Touch is a true rare find in the contracting world. We have trusted him for years to clean our roof, gutters and siding. But this year, he replaced our entire roof! I have high standards about quality of work I expect — a few years ago I hired a large company to paint and beautify our home. The owner seemed proficient, but he wasn't the one doing the work! I had to have the worker actually rip off a whole wall of stone veneer and start over (this time using a level). Justin is the owner of Finishing Touch and is on the job the entire time, personally doing the work and oversight.

Justin is incredibly specific about doing everything the right way, not the fast way. Beyond his craftsmanship, he is just a "gem" of a person. He is extremely professional and patient. He brought samples to my door and took the time to answer every single question I had about techniques and materials. He remained exceedingly respectful and never made me feel stupid for asking questions or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. He used high quality plywood to replace all the rotten particle boards. He installed all the correct edge and valley flashing (color matched as well) and membranes. He even did a wasp nest check on my exhaust vents at my request (of which my hvac guy and pest control would not do). A few years ago, I had a roofing company repair some rotten roof sections. The way they installed 2nd story downspouts splashed water on the underside of the first story eaves, causing it to rot again. Justin expertly fixed their mistakes, and this time it will last 30 years instead of 3.

Justin started the roof just a week after accepting the quote and finished up less than a week later. He kept the work area very tidy and cleaned up after himself daily, even using a magnetic broom roller to gather nails from the ground around the house. I now have a gorgeous, high-quality roof and total peace of mind. I get a huge smile every day when I pull into my driveway and see our beautiful new roof. I am so glad I have him to call, and I cannot recommend Finishing Touch enough!

I plan to use Green Leaf Roof and Gutter cleaning every year to clean my gutters. Ryan is an honest businessman with prices that make it affordable to regularly clear my gutters . In addition to cleaning gutters and roofs, he cleans windows. I plan to hire him next spring to do my windows. I also want to mention that it was easy to contact and schedule my job with Green Leaf.

Above and beyond in every way! Ryan brought a level of customer service, that I thought to be long dead. My house looks a new, and my windows are so clean, I'm pretty sure I can see another dimension.

Ryan was helpful in determining the best type of moss removal and moss proofing our roof. He arrived on time and spent over two hours servicing our roof, cleaning gutter inside and out, and complimentary window cleaning. The icing on the cake was the reasonable price. We have used Green Leaf from early 2024 to present. They have treated the roof for moss, washed the house prior to a paint job, washed the outside of the widows & cleaned the gutters. All work was accomplished in a professional manner & at a reasonable cost.

Ryan, Green Leaf Roof and Gutter Cleaning, just recently treated the moss on our roof. He was awesome. We appreciated his effort to make work around weather conditions to make sure the job was done right. We also like the idea that he specializes in this type of work (window cleaning also) and as a result knows exactly what he should be doing.

The project involved my sister's roof. Since I live in another place, I depended on texting with Ryan. He was excellent with staying in touch. He arrived on time, removed roof debris as best he could, took it away and, most importantly, alerted me to the overall condition of the roof (not good). He gave me the name of the best roofer in the area. He wasn't able to treat the roof for moss and mold because of its condition, so reduced his price accordingly. Although we didn't have a chance to meet, you can't do better than this company for work, communication, ethics, honesty and human niceness.

The price was tailored to the service provided and avoided the more expensive minimum charge quoted by other companies. The work was well performed.

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Blew off the roof, cleaned out and rinsed out the gutters, and applied baking soda on the ridge lines to kill residual moss. This was all done by one man and took 1.5 hrs. from start to finish. Roof looks great. My only concern is did I pay too much or this service. I know they charge by the square foot, but $430. or $280. an hr. seems excessive to me. I'm probably wrong about the cost, but happy with the outcome.
