I have used Pinnacle Cleaning Services for several springtime window cleanings. I have been so pleased with their services that I have added roof and gutter cleaning to this year’s window cleaning. My roof looks brand new and is protected from further moss growth. My gunk filled gutters are nice and clean. It’s a great relief to have it all done. I would not consider any other service company as my home is very special to me. They will be helping me with every spring cleaning. From now on it will always include gutter cleaning.

Absolutely pleased with exceptional results! Most impressive was Pinnacle's teamwork and informative process. Laura kept me informed at every phase and Andrew and Scott did an incredible job getting the thick layer of moss off my complicated tile roof; and did an exceptional job with clean up. This was not an easy job, but the Pinnacle team delivered it right, timely, and at a reasonable price. I intend to keep Pinniacle on retainer for future roof and other home maintenance.

Work was completed as agreed. Very satisfied with the outcome due to my roof being complex with a 12×12 pitch and valleys. Moss was removed and cleanup took away all the debris. I would use Pinnacle again without hesitation.

I live in a view penthouse and needed my glass rails and windows done. You don't realize how dirty they are until they are crystal clean which they are now. Very professional, quick, and responsive. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The work is great as always! We will be coming back for our roofing cleaning to you forever! One side note was that we found that both gates were left open. We only ask that the people cleaning please double check that they are closed. We have a dog and it would be not optimal if she went on adventures due to me not seeing the gate was open. This time she wasn’t home and we caught it before she sauntered into the back yard.

The roof looks good after they left. However, they didn’t show up the day. They were supposed to come and called two hours after the start of the job to say that they weren’t going to be able to make it because their truck had an issue they postponed for a few days, which doesn’t work for us because we rent an Airbnb and had blocked the dates for the noise. So they were able to reschedule to the next day. And then they were an hour late and when I said something about it, they shrugged it off. It took him about two hours, maybe to clean the roof. My husband and I were both home at the time and when they left, they didn’t say thanks for having us check out with us or anything. They just left. Today I get an invoice from them the first of anything and it says your payment is three days late. I’d say they know how to clean a roof, but they don’t know how to run a business quite yet

Pinnacle cleaned & treated our roof as well as cleaned our windows inside and outside. The crew was professional and on time. They were careful when inside our home and worked hard to complete both projects. The windows were squeaky clean and the roof looked so much better when they left. We highly recommend Pinnacle to do a great job for you and because of the ease in working with the company.

Pinnacle Home Services have been a big help to us in maintaining our home. Each person we have interacted with has been extremely professional, courteous and hard working. They took great care in keeping our flower beds and gravel driveway clear of debris as they cleared off our roof and gutters. We have been impressed and will continue to use their services.

Colby at Pinnacle came out to clean the exterior of my windows 2/13/25. He was thorough, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. This has been pretty standard for the employees Pinnacle sends to my house for work. Pinnacle Home Services - absolutely the best experience with a home service company I have ever had and I have had many over the years.

The receptionist/scheduler was amazingly friendly and interested in getting me scheduled at the time best suited for me.

The estimator came two days after I called and was super efficient - not needing a tour - just counted the window panes from the outside. He e-mailed me the bid the same afternoon as the visit.

Because the Pinnacle crews had a short schedule day I received a call asking if the entire Pinnacle crew could come out and do my job - a favor to them and "express service" for me.

The crews arrived and went right to work - no need for direction or a walk around, just started cleaning the windows inside and out. Every single crew member was friendly and interested in doing the best job they could. The camaraderie among the crew was amazing.

Sparkling windows like never before and all areas they worked in were tidied like they had never been there.

This was my first time having someone come to clean my home. I am definitely one of those, clean your house before the cleaners come, type of person. They found all the nooks and cranny's I didn't get to. Pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail. Love finding little surprises of cleanliness all over the house. My sons first impression....It smells like strawberries! Love it. Thank you for tackling my massive shoe shelves and great job on the stove and shower basin!

This is the first home service company I've seen that sends out something ahead of time to let you know who will be coming and including a photo. The work was done well and quickly. They did a little more than we asked them to do. Both of the guys were very friendly and courteous. I recommend them.

The guys came out to wash the house and windows. From the start, they were professional and friendly. They wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with their work. And.....I was! The house looked awesome after they had finished. I still can not get over how big a difference it made it to the appearance of my home. They even took care not to damage any of the plantings around the foundation of the house. It was totally worth the price. And the price was a fare one. I shopped around.
