Jimmy is professional in every way. He responded to my initial request for a quote and easily scheduled a time. He showed up on time, a huge plus. He did a thorough walk around the house inside and out and we thoroughly discussed what was important to me.
He emailed me the bid and I agreed. We set a date. On job day, he again showed up promptly and did an absolutely perfect job. He takes great pride in his work. My windows, tracks are so clear /clean I could cry! What a huge difference it makes!!!! We also paid for Jimmy to clean the outside of the gutters around the house, talk about a great service! They really needed some TLC and it brought them back to new. We take pride in homeownership and Jimmy matches our desire to maintain our home to a high standard. I Highly recommend his services. He’s a gem!

I am very happy with the work done by Jimmy. He was easy to communicate with, and did a great job. While cleaning my roof he discovered some roofing damage on my garage and was able to repair it the next day by squeezing it in his schedule. His price to do the work was very reasonable as well. I am looking forward to working with him next year!

He also noticed a few other areas that needed attention and offered to take care of them, like power washing the front of the building and cleaning the skylights. Everything looks great, and he went above and beyond to make sure the property was in top shape.

Jimmy with Polwarth Exterior Cleaning LLC did my roof and gutters, took each downspout apart and cleared the blocked one that was pooling around the foundation. He is very personable, efficient and helped us clear a ground drain, and took my yard waste out as it was so heavy. It was above and beyond, and even my very exacting neighbor (duplex) was impressed. I will have him install gutter guards and do my annual roof clean off. Highly recommend this company, very happy with the result!

Jimmy has been absolutely fantastic… I originally reached out to him for holiday light hanging, which he responded quickly to my inquiry and also was able to get my lights up faster than I expected. He also is going to store them for us until we want them hung up next year!
