I am so pleased to post about Tony, whose customer service was beyond a "10." He was professional, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. And thorough! I look forward to seeing him next spring. In fact, I called the office as soon as he left to share these thoughts about Tony and fine service again by Air Masters. Thank you!

Carlson was polite, efficient, and very professional. The office called in advance of his arrival. He reviewed what work he had done and provided me with a copy of his maintenance sheets. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing my furnace, heat pump, and generator are well maintained, and that if anything should go wrong, it will be covered with prompt service. Thank you for outstanding customer care.

Mike came out - right on time - and set to fixing a problematic heating system / thermostat. Not only was he able to discover what turned out to be a complex issue, he educated us along the way so that now we understand the system. Everyone we spoke with at Airmasters was very helpful and professional. Our house is like a new house with the heat working as it should. Very highly recommended!

I have used Air Masters since I purchased my home 7 years ago. We have had the three year service agreement and now had to have a repair done. I have always liked the service and the technicians that come out. This time was no exception. Rashad re-diagnosed the situation a week ago and came out to fix up the heat pump today. Very friendly, knowledgeable and he took the time to explain things to me, so that I would understand. I appreciate that.

I was not too excited about the price as it was originally quoted at $327 by another technician a few months ago. But, I could see the difference in what Rashad said and SHOWED me, versus what the previous technician had said.

Overall, I like Air Masters flexibility and dedication to service.

The other day my heat pump was making this loud strange noice. I called AirMasters and they were prompt to check it the following evening. Toni was awesome and found the issue and quickly replaced the part that was causing it. Thank you Air Masters! Awesome staff from Front desk to their Service Technician!

Just moved into a new home and needed someone to service my HVAC system. Unit hadn't been serviced and it was a different kind of system than I was used to. Air Masters answered all my questions before I set up appointment, gave me more information about TRANE system and was able to schedule appointment rather quickly. Tony was great technician. He called earlier in day to confirm appointment. He was very responsive and prompt. Answered all my questions and helped me walk through basics of system. Highly recommend company!

My 1991 Furnace went out. House was COLD and family was miserable. Air Masters got me a new high efficiency furnace and installed it quickly. Technicians were friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable. The office staff even registered my new system for warranty and sent all documents to me for my records. Highly recommend them.

I am a DIY guy. I never use contractors because all you hear are horror stories about their performance and quality. Air Masters changed my mind. They did everything they said they would. I had a top of the line Lennox heat pump system installed and some electrical modifications to support a generator. The young men who installed the system (Vincent & Chase and Sunset electrician Sean) were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Mike (system designer) came out on day one and we walked the job with the crew so everyone was clear on the scope of work. That is an important step in the process. At the end, they walked me through all the features, operation and maintenance of my system. They left the work site immaculate and gladly answered all my questions. Overall, I am thrilled with the outcome and my experience with Air Masters. Highly recommend them.

Our heating system failed after business hours on a Wednesday night. Air Masters put us through to an on call technician. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue. Air Masters called before 9 am to get an appointment scheduled. With a busy winter schedule they asked if an after hours appointment would work. Without heat I said yes! Janette C. Then quoted the cost of the visit. She also e-mailed a list of trouble shooting ideas in case a visit wasn't necessary. A visit was, but was able to get the on- call guy (from the previous night), Tony C.in regular business hours on Thursday!!! Amazing service, kindness and transparency! Thank you!

My gas furnace went out this winter and Air Masters was able to get out, get me scheduled, and up and running again quickly. The whole experience from bid, to install, to post-installation inspection was smooth and professional. They have competitive pricing, quality products, and professional employees.

Just had our furnace serviced , our tech was friendly knowledgeable and communicated the entire process. We bought a package last year or the year before for service, I love how they call and check in and remind us. It feels like VIP personalized service we will continue to use Airmasters and absolutely recommend.

The Air Masters crew from design/sales (Rashad), install coordination/scheduling (Tarsila), and the install professionals including field foreman (Vincent) and install team (Stephen, Lydon, and A.C.) did just a fantastic job at my home over three days installing a Mitisubishi Heat/Air pump and three unit system. Related electric and plumbing tasks were also provided. I would characterize each and every member of the Air Masters' team that worked on my job as highly knowledgeable, professional, expert, effectively communicative, and very hardworking. The system they designed, provided, installed, and explained works flawlessly and was sold at a fair price. I highly recommend Air Masters.

I wish I knew who the installers were. I'd name them if I did. I thoroughly appreciate air masters. I called them to get a quote on a new furnace and told them my financial situation. They offered me a great deal and met me after hours (close by to the shop) and were extremely professional when talking to me. Installers accommodated my work schedule and were able to install my new unit in a day and were able to install it without my being here. When I got home I found my invoice on the table and everything finished and cleaned up in the install area. Id give more than five stars if I could. Keep up the good work!

Air Masters installed a 20 kw standby generator for me. I really appreciated that on our first appointment, we assessed my needs, figured out which model would work for me and when their salesman left, I had a firm quote and a good idea of when they would be able to do the work. I also knew what my end required and knew that they would get all of the required permits. Their electrical subcontractor was equally efficient and professional.

The office staff was always available to answer any questions I had. They were always very polite, very personable and very professional.

Last week I had a chance to see if the generator would work as expected - and it totally did. What peace of mind!

I would totally recommend them if you are in the market for a Kohler generator.

Air Masters has been an excellent company to deal with. Their technicians have been very professional and courteous. Each service call has been prompt and communication has been excellent. My last service appointment was accomplished by Carlson and he provided quick, professional and courteous work.

On 12-23-2021 my wife and I woke up to our furnace not working. I called around to several places and they were not going to be able to get out to help before the beginning of next year.

Upon contacting air masters heating and cooling in Port Orchard they were able to schedule us that day. They were scheduled to come out in the afternoon but called a short time later and advised a morning appointment had been canceled and that they could fit us in right away.

The technician that showed up was Anthony and he was absolutely the most professional person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and the workings of our furnace.

While he was fixing it I asked him about doing a PM maintenance on it. He called his office and found out that he had time to do it and after he completed the repair he did the PM. Mu wife and I were extremely happy given the fact within the next few days we were going to be reaching daytime temperatures of only 30°F.

Everyone we spoke to in the office and Anthony were all professional and extremely polite. They will be our go to company to do anything with our furnace.

I highly recommend Air Masters and their employee Michael. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He explained the failed issues with my heat pump and what was needed to bring the system back up again, all in a timely manner. He also provided me with the name of another company that would be able to fix my propane stove in the basement. Thank you Michael, you are greatly appreciated!

Really liked Michael T. Was very professional in his approach. Cleaned every duct and vent . Outside Michael not only serviced the unit , but explained tips for us to safely be sure our unit was operating as it should. Michael then replaced some of the tubing and some of the worn wrap. We were well pleased. We then decided to do the three year maintenance plan and we hope Michael will stay employed with Air Masters.

Michael was very professional, careful with furniture and Persian rug. He was attentive to detail and showed me a better way to clean the removable filters. His manner was friendly. He also was gentle with my dog giving my dog a happy experience with a stranger. He created a feeling of being a neighbor from the family of Air Master. I had made special arrangements through the office and it was all taken care of ahead of time. I was comfortable when writing the check, thanks to the office and to Michael. Thank you to your office staff. Excellent Customer Service skills, pleasant and friendly voice and wonderful personality. I will definitely refer friends & neighbors to Air Master. Thank you all so much. Excellent customer Service !!

Rashad came out to determine best mini split for my house. He gave me a complete assessment and we agreed upon the BEST plan. Installation team were awesome. Professional, friendly and inclusive. Explained everything along the way. Completed one day. Rashad came back out for final walk through and did a detailed explanation of how BEST to control temperature. Would highly recommend this company and it's team.

Working with the office staff at Air Masters Inc has been very easy each time I have called needing help with my ductless system. The personnel that show up to my door have been the nicest and thoughtful people that I have ever hired, let me explain. If I am told that they will be contacting me at a certain time, they are sure too. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting all day for a contractor to show up and then to get a phone call to setup for the next day. Next are the fast actions to get to work on my problem. During the work phase of the job, shoe covers go on and nothing has ever been broken by careless actions. In fact my yard has lots of plants and care is taken to protect my wife’s hard work. I am impressed with the level of training and I have never heard coarse language come out of any of the workers, which is nice. I could go on but you get the idea. I will continue using this company because they deliver great service. To farther my point, I asked to be able to tell the bosses of the quality of their workers. That is the reason I am writing this paragraph to tell the bosses that Anthony J. and Carlson C are men of special character that are carrying on the quality that Air Masters has shown me.
