I have never had such a rude, unpleasant experience with a "service" provider on the telephone.

The only place I know to find a part I need and I can't leave a message plus it says it's open. Please answer your phone.

Bill's did a great job repairing my electric stove which broke in a really odd way. I had to wait awhile because this happened during the holidays, but he saved me from having to buy a new stove. I'd use this company again.

My washing machine broke. I did a search online and found Bill's. I left a detailed message about the problem, model number, serial number and when I could be reached complete with email and phone number. I waited 3 days before going elsewhere and never heard a thing back from them.

After being totally ripped off by Sears repair service, to the tune of $200 with no resolution to the problem, I called Bob's Appliance Repair. Once again, it was proved that avoiding the "biggies" is the optimal way to get a problem solved.
Bob was here for a total of 30 minutes (keeping the labor charge to the minimum), replaced two parts at a considerably lower price than that provided by Sears and had my frig up and running perfectly.
So next time your appliance(s) go on the fritz, go local and call Bob's!!!
