Found Eagle Pipe as a local North Kitsap business that could perform the first ever service call on our 13.5 year old mini-split heat pump. Bodie, the maintenance technician provided a technically sound and comprehensive analysis, and did not try to sell anything that we don’t need - yet. The unit is still working well, and he left us with tips on keeping it that way. He is professionally outstanding, honest, and extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you.

Eagle pipe went above and beyond to make sure my heating system was repaired correctly. Another company had worked on my heating system and changed me for an expensive part that I later found out was still under warranty. When that didn't fix the issue, they basically told me to flip the breakers to reset the system every time it quit and that they wouldn't send anyone out again. I called eagle pipe and they fixed the issue, and all of the work and parts were under warranty! Their technician had to come out several times to fix everything because it wasn't just a single problem but actually a series of compounding errors from some questionable installation from another company. Thank you so much for all the extra effort.

Informed and courteous to start with, always a good start. On time and concerned with wether I needed new tires when I still had 50% on the old. They understood my decision to upgrade and saved my old tires for summer driving. Great service and they are paying attention.
