I had the most incredible experience at the Yellow Rose Nursery in Prosser, WA, and I couldn't wait to share it with everyone! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the breathtaking array of plants and flowers that seemed to stretch as far as the eye could see. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding assistance I received from Teresa.

Teresa is an absolute gem at the Yellow Rose Nursery! Her level of attentiveness and knowledge is unparalleled. I had a million questions about various plants for my garden, and she patiently and enthusiastically guided me through every query. Her expertise on which plants thrive best in our local climate was astounding, and I left the nursery feeling like a bona fide horticulturist.

What really struck me was Teresa's genuine passion for her work. She didn't just point me to the right plants and call it a day – she took the time to understand my vision for my large landscaping project and offered insightful suggestions that I hadn't even considered. It's not often you find someone so dedicated to ensuring you have not only a beautiful garden, but also a fulfilling planting journey.

The Yellow Rose Nursery itself is a treasure trove for plant enthusiasts. The variety they offer is mind-boggling, from exotic blooms to robust shrubbery, and everything is impeccably organized and well-maintained. The staff's dedication to the health and well-being of their plants is evident in the lushness and vibrancy of every specimen.

If you're in the Prosser area and looking for a nursery that goes above and beyond, the Yellow Rose Nursery is an absolute must-visit. And if you're lucky enough to meet Teresa during your visit, you'll quickly realize that you're in the hands of a true plant aficionado who will make your gardening dreams come true. I can't thank the Yellow Rose Nursery and Teresa enough for such an outstanding experience!

Great Nursery with a really nice selection of perennials and shrubs. Lovely waterfall garden scapes amongst the plants for sale.Friendly staff. It's worth the drive from the Tri-cities.

The man is extremely rude with his mouth. If I could I would give him a 0. Apparently, They don't warranty their roses either. A friend bought one there and it died within a short time. A friend bought one there and it died within 2 days For $25 you'd think there would be some kind of exchange policy. Other places that we now shop do have exchange policies.

Teresa is so knowledgeable and so helpful! She's a pleasure and assists with everything from picking the right tree or plant, to maintaining plant/tree health, to even accessorizing your potted plants! Would highly recommend looking here first; not just for the purchase, but for the customer service throughout the life of your plants and trees!

This place has a very large array of plants and landscaping materials. The prices are what you'd expect for good quality. The proprietor was very kind to us, helping us with suggestions for solutions to our garden quandaries. This ought to be every gardener's destination. We'll be going back.

We buy almost 2/3 of our plants from this nursery. It would be 100% if they weren't in Prosser which is a bit of a drive from Yakima. But it's always worth the trip. They have beautiful and healthy plants and a very customer service friendly staff and owner. Absolutely my favorite nursery.

Pros: Looks cool, cute shop. People here were nice to me.

Cons: I found it to be disorganized. It was hard to find specific things and labels were inconsistent. Many plant care items were dusty and who knows how old. It seemed overpriced but perhaps they import many plants from a long distance. The selection was not very diverse.

Opportunities for improvement: There is a great need for drought resistant plants as Prosser is in the desert, yet no appropriate plants are available here.

Great place staff is always very helpful. I just needed a few rocks and gravel for an aquarium. Prices are very reasonable considering a pet store would 10 x more.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about plant issues based on photographs of a plant as well as a description of what the problem is. We travel to Yellow Rose Landscaping from Tri-Cities area because of the Dependable products and friendly service. It is a wonderful place to pick out plants that will thrive in various types of soil and growing conditions in our area. We always come away feeling refreshed and invigorated.

This is one of my favorite nurseries! The staff is very knowledgeable about what to plant in this area. They also take into consideration your plant location, space requirements, and water needs for every plant. They steer you away from possible buying a plant just because it looks good at the nursery. They will recommend plants that will grow and thrive!

I have been an avid gardener ever since I was a little girl and have had a beautiful garden area all around my house as long as I can remember …especially roses which were always my favorite until I got extremely sick with lupus in the late 1990s and was hospitalized more than I care to mention and had to watch most of my beautiful flowers slowly die because I couldn’t take care of them…When I got better and decided to try gardening a few years ago it brought the joy back into my life as I cleaned out the dead rose bushes and debris and started to slowly plant bulbs and flowers again. I had heard of Yellow Rose Nursery before but didn’t want to put in the effort to drive to Prosser from Richland 🤭 so I bought plants locally until this spring when a friend was giving me some of her plants from her garden that she had too many of! When I went to her house I couldn’t believe all the beautiful and different variety of plants she had that I had never seen before and she told me had got them at Yellow Rose Nursery?!! So the next morning I got in my little truck and drove to Yellow Rose Nursery and was surprised at how short a drive it was!! I couldn’t believe how amazing it was when I walked inside for the first time! It was like I was a kid walking into a candy store!!! There were so many amazing colors of flowers everywhere.. on tables…on the ground…in greenhouses..it was like a giant maze! I walked around and around and everything was so healthy and I wanted to put everything in my cart! But this time in my life I am into echinacea and they had so many different kinds of them…I did fill up my cart!!! I was helped by an amazing worker there named Kalley who took me around the place and showed me where everything was and when I had any questions; she dropped what she was doing to help me out! I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me…she was so knowledgeable and if she didn’t know something she found out for me! The second time I came back I talked to the owner Theresa because I had a problem with a couple echinacea I had bought and I didn’t know if I had over watered them or if there was a problem with the plant itself and Theresa has so much knowledge on echinacea and gave me a product to help me out with them and replaced both of the echinacea even though I wasn’t asking her too!! I’ve been to Yellow Rose Nursery six times this year already and each time I have received the best customer service from Kalley, Theresa and Brandy. I have special ordered echinacea and Kalley has called me each time when they’ve come in and the nursery is so enchanting with new items every time I go with new blooms from the trees and flowers that are in bloom! The Yellow Rose Nursery is definitely my place to go to get my plants and I can’t say enough good things about the customer service, plant varieties, and great prices! I absolutely LOVE Yellow Rose Nursery!!!

I bought two yards of medium bark. They only gave me one yard. And half of it was full of a bunch of black rocks . I recommend nobody buy anything from the yellow rose. She will do nothing about it. and says her son loaded and he can do no wrong and he would not make a mistake. I will never buy nothing from them again and I would recommend you don't either
