Omgosh what a wonderful person Brian is. Hit a call from SIL early Saturday morning and dropped all his plans and came and fixed water leak and checked everything under our module home. Found Brian's business on a Facebook post. He repaired an exterior down draft vent for a stove top. He was able to come out same day of my call. Very professional. We will definitely call him again. He seems to have expertise with a wide variety of home projects.

Brian did a remodel job in our garage. He listened to our ideas for the space and made suggestions on how to make our vision work.
He showed up when he said he would, kept us up to date with progress and plans. I especially appreciated that the area was cleaned up each day so we could keep our cars in the garage overnight. The outcome is excellent. He was even able to make time to do an additional small job in the house.

Brian just saved me thousands of dollars with equal parts plumbing experience and ingenuity. He starts simple, explains likely problems, learns as he goes and has repeatedly avoided the worst case outcomes (that he tells you up front). He listened to my suggestions for shortcuts and explained how they make logical sense but for the risks I didn’t know I was taking. He is supremely fair with pricing and will work to keep them down while not breaking laws or violating codes. This is the third time I’ve used him to help with the drips and clogs that plague a 50+ year old house. He also does pretty much all other GC work too. He is the go to guy.

Mullen Home Services installed our fence this year and I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service.
They followed our HOA Specifications and even changed something mid job when needed to comply to the HOA requirements.
They also assisted us with a repair of an underground irrigation pipe that broke during a freeze. They assisted the next day !

Brian is a caring man who provides excellent service. He is talented doing large jobs and small jobs. Today he put in grab bars for our home, but this summer he repaired water damage to our French doors, bedroom wall and storage area under the house. All was done with excellent work and respect for our home and us.

We found Brian's Mullen Home Service by direct referral in our neighborhood. People shared their positive experiences from the past and I'm happy to pass that along via this review. He was prompt, courteous, conscientious, and exceeded our already high expectations. We have had many disappointments with past contractors not completing work or seeming to not even care about the job. It was refreshing to work with Brian after all that.

We had a very good experience with Brian Mullen and his foreman Jayson. They ran into a more extensive project than neither we nor they anticipated. Brian was careful to explain what had to be done and then set about doing it. We were impressed with how professional and knowledgeable both men are. We recommend them without reservation.

Brian Mullen was available to help us out this week with overloaded electrical system. He was recommended by several neighbors through a neighborhood app. He was very professional, arrived quickly, was very personable, explained everything in detail, and took care of what needed to be done in our old house. We will definitely use his expertise again in the future!

We had a great experience with Mullen Home Services. Brian is a nice guy, responsive, and a very skilled and knowledgeable electrician. We have a gate to our house that is ~100 ft out in front of the house that lost power. Brian was the second electrician that we had take a look at it. The first had a lot of trouble identify the issue and coming up with a solution. Brian, however, was super helpful and responsive in diagnosing the issue and ultimately stalling new wiring to our house in a more reliable manner that was originally done. Wiring that far a distance has its challenges and Brian was able to handle it well. The job was a little more complicated and took a fair bit longer than he had originally thought, but he didn’t adjust the bill the additional time it took him. We thought it was very respectable of him to stick to his original bid. We definitely recommend him for any electrical jobs you need done.

I Hired Brian for his handyman services, recommended by a few neighbors in our Facebook neighborhood group.

He replaced a new kitchen sink faucet for us and our garbage disposal switch was broken.
First contact made Thursday morning.
He scheduled us Next day Friday 9am
said he’d be in at 9am done & out by 11am.
He said he’d send the quote right over.
Hadn’t seen quote all Thursday afternoon or night.
So I texted him at 7am Friday to confirm if we were still planned or should we need to reschedule?
He explained that He had a client have a home emergency w/flooding that took place in between our communications and so he had gotten home really late.
Friday talked with him on phone at 8am. Anticipating 9am arrival as discussed.
He said we were the first stop after he picked up supplies.
Unfortunately he didn’t arrive to our job until after 11:30am and hadn’t communicated with me so our day got delayed.
He was having problems with fraudulent activity that he needed to handle, causing the delay.
But I think if that hadn’t happened he would’ve made it on time as planned.

All and all were happy with his work, a really nice guy with fair price. Honestly he would’ve received 4.5 stars ⭐️ from us had the communication process been a bit stronger. (but we can’t do half stars on here)
I would 100% recommend him because he’s so knowledgeable, helpful and busy.

However, I do think Brian needs help like an admin assistant appointment setter, send out quotes, & lets clients know when he’s had any delays that could impact their appointment times. Then stays connected and communicating with his anticipated clients jobs for the day should he happen to run behind or thrown for a loop on a job or anywhere in the process of his day. This way clients aren’t left wondering or contacting him while his in the process of fixing something on another job.

Nice but really busy guy! We’re thankful he was able to squeeze us in for your job even though he had an emergency pop up in the middle of all that planning to do so.

Really appreciated Brian coming to our rescue late in the evening when we discovered a catastrophic failure of our water heater that was flooding the garage. He fit us into a packed schedule, worked efficiently and was exceptionally kind. He has incredibly fair pricing and appreciated his professionalism, communication and friendly approach! Very impressed with the quality of work Brian did replacing my water heater. There were a lot of problems with the installation of the one being replaced, he fixed all the issues, explaining as he went the importance for the adjustments. He showed me how to flush the tank myself and advised the need for regular maintenance to keep the warranty. Previous installer of old system sold me an extended warranty without mentioning the terms so I very much appreciate that Brian took the time to explain the terms.

I have several other projects that need to be done and I will definitely be calling him to do that work.

We’ve had two pipes under our house burst recently! I am so thankful Brian Mullen came out! He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what we need to do to prevent it from happening again. He was very compassionate and understanding and gave us a discount on our charges! I so appreciate his candor and professional response to get us up and going again! He got the underground utilities surveyed and the work was done expertly and efficiently.

I called Brian when my dishwasher wasn't working. He was so generous and offered to walk me through the process as I wanted to try it on my own. In the end, I asked for his help and he sent someone nearly immediatley on a weekend and only charged me the regular weekday rate. He sent Dallas from his team who was so professional, kind and completed the job perfectly. It feels great to use my dishwasher again! Thank you Brian and Dallas for helping me!! It is great to see there are still such honest, nice people that are honest and fair!

Brian and his team did an excellent job at restoring/redoing 2 of our bathrooms. Not only was he perfect with his timeliness and accurate with his estimates but he took time to explain in meticulous detail what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. I couldnt recommend him enough. Its hard to find an honest contractor these days.
