If I could rate them even lower I would. Do not do business with this company or the owner, Katherine. Ive rented a property from her and she is the shadiest person and worst landlord I've ever met. She owes me my double security deposit and has been dodging my calls and lying to me for weeks saying it is in the mail.

Aron is a good person. But Kathrine unbelievably unprofessional. Childish and screams and yells at employees. They cut corners every chance they get

Absolutely terrible company to work with. Katherine (one of the owners) is insanely unprofessional and terrible at corresponding. They won't reply for weeks at a time, ignoring multiple emails and phone calls. As someone who has worked in the construction industry for many years as a project manager, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Avoid at all costs.

It seems like there's a theme of bad driving. I was behind the white pickup and it was tailgating someone going over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic, and overall driving like a nonce.

Terrible Terrible Drivers! If one of their technicians are behind you be prepared to speed or they will ride on your bumper.
Also- do not slow down while switching lanes. They also hate that too. They let you know by blowing their horn until they’re out of eye shot.

If I could give more stars, I would! Aron and his team did an absolutely great job in my dental clinic and worked with me to make it all happen on a very tight timeline. Their pricing was fair and these guys were on time, easy to communicate with over the phone and by text, and made this experience painless. Need a plumber? Look no further. Thanks for everything Aron and team!

WARNING: This Place is a Serious Safety Hazard!!!!!

I tried to call to report a dangerous incident involving one of their drivers—Car #56—but their phone goes unanswered, and their voicemail is full. That alone should raise red flags.

While merging onto the freeway like any normal driver, I noticed Car #56 tailgating aggressively and displaying clear signs of road rage. When I slowed down to let him pass, he responded by swerving and driving recklessly, putting everyone around him at risk.

This was not a misunderstanding. This was deliberate, hostile, and dangerous driving.

Someone is going to get seriously injured or worse if this unhinged driver continues to operate a company vehicle.

If this is how they run their business, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Other drivers—BEWARE.

Honest hard working plumbers

Just met a couple of the employees, Brandon and Mike, those two are good honest dudes with a lot of knowledge in my opinion.

An employee fixes my wifes plumbing from time to time . i bet he is the best worker there

These guys are great. My property always has some kind of leak or clog and I can get it handled reasonably.

These employees are fantastic. I call and I figure no way will they be able to help me today...And Viola! here they are willing to fix things in a timely manner. They don't just dsy... oh these are the right parts. I don't have that. They figure another solution and ae sx y we hope. Thanks so much

Very simple, literally 15 minute job. Charged $90/hour for two hours. Worked padded his time and management refuses to fix. Work was done adequately but any attempt at communicating with me about the issue prior to his arrival or even explaining policy after would have avoided this issue entirely.

Excellent customer service and work. From dispatch to the plumbers they are very professional, courteous and fast. Always my first call when I have plumbing needs for my business.

Move aside Super Mario Bros- Raphael was the plumbing hero we needed!! We’ve had some terrible plumbing problems with a shower and he came out and solved it. We’ve had multiple plumbers out and had no luck until Raphael came out! He went above and beyond! He could have easily left the mystery plumbing problems behind but he didn’t feel comfortable leaving it the way it was… so he took some time to figure it out and fixed it.. a real hero!!!!!! Stop Inc Plumbing provides the quality of work you’re looking for.

The plumber that came out did an awesome job. Bergner was efficient and professional. The ladies in dispatch were also very courteous and a true treat to speak with over the phone. The work preformed was done so in a timely manner. This will be our go to plumbing company moving forward and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
