This place often makes mistakes pulling orders and will place things on backorder if you call in orders without telling you it's not available. They have been the cause of many job delays. If you have to deal with them be careful and double check everything.

Almost always have what I need, but the staff are the sourest part of the day. Hope you guys find happiness somewhere.

Great service. I knew the basics of what I needed but not the terminology. They were all patient and took the time to look at my photos and get me every part that I needed to complete the job. It really reduced a lot of the stress and time for me. Thank you! Oh and the job is done and I'm so happy!

This establishment is great and with guys like Vincent on their team you know your going to get A++ service. When I walked through the door I did not have to wait and was politely greeted right away by Vincent We got right to work ordering over $1000 worth of tools and supplies. As another a associate got right to work putting together my order, Vincent found a solution for another thing I wished to buy but they didn't have and was able to get it for me right then and there. To top all this amazing service, Vincent was able to get over $100 of my final price by putting in some extra effort and I did not even have to ask! Way to go guys! I will definitely be passing up other platt suppliers to receive top quality service that this team brings. Thanks Vincent and team!

If I could leave a 1/4 star I would. Only thing good about this location was the heater works, cause the employees there sure don’t. Walk in to this location, two other people in there. Four of us total with the other two people and my co worker and I. The other two were there for maybe 5 minutes so we were the only customers in the store. Took over 45 minutes for our order. On top of the customer service is TERRIBLE! Been doing this a long time and wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go here. Apparently you have to be a local to earn respect around here. Mind blowing!

Last time older gentlemen spent with me 30min trying to answer all my questions and help me to find best solutions for my problems and today Amanda Miller continued! LED driver hard to find this days but this guys even I left they continue looking and send me emails with more options!

Are you looking for the electrician who is RELIABLE in Puyallup? You just found the right person. I contacted him through his website( I had contacted at least 3 other companies aound here). He is the only person that responded n showed up on time.
I've seen many contractors n electricians when flipped the house in the past. No show, wrong work, rip off was usual case. I was skeptical what he can provide me, HOWEVER, Mr. Buddy was different.
I asked 2 flood light, ged rid off wall mounted lights but new porch light, troubleshooting and installed new vanity light n possibility additional work. He listened what I want n consulted my project. He suggested alternatives and ideas. He did excellent job n I am very pleased. Do I ask him again if I have another project? YES, I DO.
