Max is the man. Super friendly and communicative throughout the process, and willing to work through our very specific needs for our addition. Great quality work, will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

Good people? These guys especially, Max, are very dishonest. We hired them to frame our house which originally was for 16,000. We paid them 22,340 dollars to complete construction in 3 weeks as per contract. It took them 5 weeks and they left us a mess. I will not begin to talk about the construction other than it was completely disorganized and sloppy. Part of the contract was agreement that All work was done and that we would pass inspections. Neither of these occurred. I had to call for inspection 3 times before I passed it myself. It took me 18 hours to fix all the structural defects. 33 missed truss straps including two girder straps. Neither deck had a stitch of strapping and many of the trusses had only 1 nail holding them down. The trusses did not have any of the required bracing. These guys frame houses for a living??? I still do not have stairs to even get into my house and they were included. The crew had the plans for over a month and new the conditions. They were paid on time and early. Their transparency is cowardly as they are now blocking my comments on their FB page. What are they trying to hide. Perhaps inability to read a blue print correctly? Probably, as they missed 4 critical walls in the house, 3 windows and installed painted black windows without even following the engineers design. I would not hire these guys for a custom home. Never, never. You will regret it. I had 5 other crews who wanted this and I settled on them because of their shiny trucks. Because Max responded I will include pictures to prove my point and transparency. At main issue is weather or not stairs are included as part of the skeletal structure. Most builders say so especially with my terrain. The plan says so. My current picture says it all. There is a contract and they were paid in full. Indeed, stairs were included and so was ability to pass the framing inspection!

I absolutely would not trust this company to help in constructing an accessible home for your aging family members. Please be careful, and think twice before going with Exalt Him.

I had this company come out to give me a bid on putting in a roll in shower instead of what I had there for my mom who is in a wheelchair. I had the work done but it was left unfinished and terrible. They really do take advantage of people my bathroom really looks worse than before. Paid way to much for how it turned out and now I have a lot of clean up for the way left. I also had a door widened so we could get my mom in to a regular toliet, had to take out a tile and when he told me he would just replace two tiles. It wasnt done that way until I got ahold of him and he came back. Saying I told my son if you complained we would redo it. I paid good money to have a good job done not one that looked like a school kids did it. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I to find it annoying that a company that says they help disabled people do such poor work.

I have worked with Steve and his crew many times over the years. I hired them to do remodel work on my bathroom and various other projects. I found them responsive, knowledgeable and completed all my projects in a timely efficient manner. I would hire them again and would recommend their services.

The grab bar installed in my bathroom came out of the wall when I attempted to get out of the wheelchair to use the toilet. I am disabled and cannot stand without a secure support. I fell backwards and could have been killed or broken my hip or arm or leg. Another contractor repaired the bar and told me that it was not put into the studs. Only 1 nail was the correct length and had come out of the wallboard. There were anchors that were way too short. Of the 4 bars he installed, only one was put into the studs. His response was, "I always do it that way". His business is installing safety equipment for handicapped people. This was a case of gross negligence or indifference. I hope someone else doesn't get hurt or worse.

As one in a wheelchair looking for a ramp to make my home accessible, I had Exalt Him come out to bid. I have never been so frustrated trying to work with someone. He would not stop talking long enough to listen to what I needed. I had already worked with an occupational therapist to determine the safest configuration for me. What he said I had to do was not only ridiculous, but unsafe. I believe this company takes advantage of those they believe cannot advocate for themselves.

Steve and his crew replaced our kitchen counter and backsplash. After talking to Steve, he knew exactly what I wanted; he showed us pictures of kitchens that he had completed and we were comfortable with him and felt that he would give us the kitchen of our dream. We have a huge island; Steve would not stop checking until he found one piece of solid quartz slab for the island. His crew was fantastic (they were on time, ensured dust was contained, cleaned up the area every day and they are very, very hard workers). Steve came by every day to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the progress. We imagined what our kitchen would look like after it was finished but we had no idea of the end result. Our kitchen EXCEEDED what we thought (love, love, love my kitchen). Our daughters and neighbor love our new kitchen; they say it looks like a completely different kitchen and we totally agree.

Steve came out to see about some hand rails, fold out supports and threshold options to make our home more wheel chair accessible. He was timely, friendly and very knowledgeable about our options and other things to consider. He made sure I understood my options and was great to work with.

I would highly recommend him for whatever home accessibility and other home improvement you might be thinking about. Thank you!

Steve and his employee Nate were professional, kind and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Steve has experience working in many types of homes and had suggestions for us that we hadn’t thought of. We removed a window and single door and replaced two windows and installed a French door.
I have 3 small children and he and his employee were able to work around us being home, and I cant believe how much more light we have in the dining room now. I highly recommend them and look forward to doing more projects with them!
