Gregory was so informative and incredibly helpful with our home inspection! I have worked with Tim Watts a few times now and he has always delivered great service with a kind and respectful manner. Over the top customer relations in explaining his inspections and recommending a good course of action. Will try to use this company for all future inspections. Jesse was awesome to work with. He was able to complete the inspection within 24 hours of contacting him. Quick to respond to any emails I sent and answer any questions I had. He did a great job at explaining any issues he found on the property, and also offered the best course of action to correct said issues. Very detailed report, but straight forward and easy enough to read. You can tell he takes customer service seriously. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend.
