Gregory was so informative and incredibly helpful with our home inspection! He was extensively knowledgeable and thorough, I really felt like all of our boxes were checked and we knew a lot more about the house and what we were looking at! We will definitely be using this company for all of our home inspections!

I have worked with Tim Watts a few times now and he has always delivered great service with a kind and respectful manner. Over the top customer relations in explaining his inspections and recommending a good course of action. Will try to use this company for all future inspections. Jesse was awesome to work with. He was able to complete the inspection within 24 hours of contacting him. Quick to respond to any emails I sent and answer any questions I had. He did a great job at explaining any issues he found on the property, and also offered the best course of action to correct said issues. Very detailed report, but straight forward and easy enough to read. You can tell he takes customer service seriously. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend. Jesse with Northwest Home Inspector is a life saver! We hired Jesse because of his experience with remodeling and older homes. Jesse uses the most current tactics and equipment during his inspections, a few of which you must be certified for and he is. We were looking to purchase an early 1900’s home. Jesse gave the home a very thorough inspection, we were there for several hours, making sure not to over look anything. And thank goodness we did… Jesse found a huge flaw in the structural integrity of the home. Recommending if we were to proceed we would need to hire a structural engineer and contractor to verify if the home was structurally sound. We decided to walk away from the house. After that we found the perfect home and had Jesse out again for an inspection. He did another thorough inspection and this time even brought a new employee he was training. Working with Jesse has been great and really helped put our mind at ease during the buying process. Plus, he is very affordable with fees comparable to other inspectors in the area.

We had a new construction home inspection with Jesse. We really appreciate his detailed report as well as his thoroughness with each item that needed attention in the house. Jesse also gave tips on maintaining our home. His infrared equipment helped us identified missing insulation portion of the house. He also coordinated pictures with each issue to help our builder addressed the issues accordingly. Overall, Jess was excellent. We're planning to ask him back before our one year warranty!

Gregory helped us with our new build inspection and then walked us over all the items he found. He also gave recommendations on what could be done as well. We even rehired him for the final walk through inspection as we wanted to make sure everything was done and he even found extra items that were missed before. Really personable, respectful, and knowledgeable as well.

Not only that, but they didn't send me constant emails to rate them which was nice. And they didn't try to sell my information or offer me anything else afterwards. I had 2 inspectors and 3 inspections since we're planning on being in this home as our forever home.

Greg did an excellent job explaining his findings about an old house to me as a first-time home buyer! He was incredibly professional, on time, and the report was detailed and as easy to understand as it could be to me as a lay person. Would highly recommend!

Jesse is the person you want to hire for a serious and professional home inspection. He is detailed oriented, very good at explaining, patient, and excellent at communicating. He takes the time needed to do things right and will take the time to explain to you as well. His reports are full of pictures (which he goes over with you one by one) and easy to understand. He did our home inspection in the morning and a couple of hours latter produced a nice professionally looking report. That's why he has such high rating. Look no further!

Tim came out to perform an inspection for a house that we’re buying. He was professional, friendly, and arrived early. Tim was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the inspection/work he was performing. He would provide major updates in real time and also sat down with us at the end to cover everything he looked at in detail with pictures. Tim was also more than willing to take a second look at any areas of concern that we had. The inspection report was available to us that same evening. Jesse is a very thorough, professional home inspector. He has an additional specialty in manufactured homes, which was timely for the last transaction we used him for. Super accommodating, he even came out on Christmas Eve for a time-sensitive inspection that helped save my buyer thousands of $ just 2 days before closing! I'll definitely use Jesse, again!

Our experience with Northwest Home Inspector's was great from start to finish. They are professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection was completed they took time to make sure we understood everything. 100% positive!

I had a home inspection done 8 years ago that cost $500. The guy spent about 30 minutes and missed some big items we later discovered after purchasing the home. For the same price, Greg took a little over 2 hours and went into terrific detail about everything he covered. He even had props in his van to show me the difference on building materials and how they hold up to moisture. Also surprised at all the color photos available on their website of the inspection. Given the choice, I'll come back to Northwest home inspectors when we plan to buy another house.
