We had five trees (2 large and 3 small) trimmed with thoughtful planning, expert advice, and absolute professionalism, which is quite rare these days. Previously agreed outline of work was completed & we were given opportunity to approve and add any additional work as necessary.

They were very prompt , did a good job and a fair price. Unfortunately they broke some of my fence and didn't tell me. I didn't notice until after they left. Did they think that I wouldn't notice it ? I fixed it myself. If they had just told me I would have said that it was ok . They also put two large empty oil containers in my neighbors recycle bin. They can't be recycled because they have oil in them . She didn't have room in her garbage can so I put them in my can. I wanted to give them five stars but they should have told me about the fence.

I am happy to write a review for Five Star Tree Service. We really needed their help yesterday when we woke up and found a large tree had split and fallen into our front yard. It also blocked a portion of our street so I called Five Star Tree Service right away and the owner couldn't have been easier to work with. He came to our house right away & traveled from Tacoma to Seattle to help us on a Saturday morning. Thank you for your professionalism & kindness 5 Star!

Came out the day I called to give me a free estimate. They gave me the best price for the work, out of the 4 services I called. Came out later that week and took removed several trees from precarious places without damaging any nearby property. Cleanup of small limbs and brush material was thorough and fast.

Eziquel and his crew removed two large trees and pruned a Japanese Maple for me. Their work was excellent. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I give them extra credit for being able to work in tight spaces and not damaging near by fences or a shed.

Great guys! Super friendly and efficient. I couldn't have had a better experience. They came in and saved the day after i got ripped off by another tree service company. They got 15 fir trees down and cleaned up in under three days. I highly recommend them

After dealing with a bunch of outrageous quotes, and businesses who don’t return calls I found Five Star. I sent them a message on their website to get a quote, and was emailed back promptly by a rep who came the next day to write me a quote. We set a date for later that week and they came on time and ready to work. There was a crew of four and they all worked as a team to get the job done safely. The job was to cut down a 160’ Douglas fir with root rot which was right next to power lines, and they made it look easy. They cut it down piece by piece and made the rounds the size I requested so I can split it up for firewood. I live on Vashon Island where you might be faced with undependable business owners, so I will be recommending these guys for sure. There was no drama, they showed up, were friendly, worked their butts off till the work was done, and they did it safely.

Ezequiel was awesome to deal with. He was responsive and helped coordinate the job via phone/email and around other work I had going on at the house. They went above and beyond to clean up and do more than I asked for including cleaning my roof up. I will use them for all my tree work in the future, great folks!

I wish I could give Ezequiel and his two workers more than 5 stars. They worked their butts off taking down 12 large and medium size cottonwood trees from my property. The work area was clean and completed on the second day and I couldn't be happier. The bid to do the job was a much better price than the other two bids I had. Thank you and I will probably be using you again at a rental property soon. Fantastic work!!

5 Star did a great job removing a huge cottonwood on my property. They felled the tree and took away the debris, leaving the property clean. They didn't damage any surrounding planting or grounds. And it only took a few hours. I called them based on the reviews and they totally lived up to the reputation. The price was super reasonable. I'll be calling them again and highly recommend them.

Came out fast and got the job done fast. I live out in Bellevue and their price was about 2/3 the cost I was quoted from other tree service companies from Bellevue. They scheduled me within a week and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for great service and price.

I don’t leave reviews often, but Zeke and his crew deserve one. I called about a tree I needed removed and some trees that needed trimming. Zeke was out the next day to give me an estimate, which was VERY reasonable and 2 days later, his crew was out bright and early getting the work done. They were on time, quick and did great work. Amazing service!

First off let me say that I don’t just hand out 5 stars for a company doing the job they said they will do, but
5 star tree service and Ezekiel went ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected.

Their estimate was lower than any of the other FOUR estimates that we got
by a large margin.
The turnaround time expected from time of estimate to time they could start the job was weeks sooner than the other tree services.
We had a big job with three trees over 100 feet very close to our house and several other smaller trees and they forecasted that it would take about three days, but Ezekiel and his crew finished the job in 1 and 1/2 days to include mulching all of the branches and grinding down all of the stumps
PLUS two older stumps that were here prior.
Contacting and communicating with Ezekiel was always a breeze.
And last but not least they were very prompt and were actually early the second day.

I would use this service again in a heartbeat if needed without getting an estimate from any other company and I will suggest them first to my own family and friends.

Look no further. These are the guys for your job.

Fantastic experience with this company. We called for a bid and they returned our call promptly and scheduled a bid for the following day. They came out and did a thorough walk through of what they planned to do and gave us a very competitive bid. We scheduled them to come out today (3/26/18). They were early, did an awesome job and left the place cleaner than when they got here. The trees all look fantastic. I strongly recommend this team to anyone!
