A great experience from consultation to completion. Although our project was just a small paver patio, there was nothing small time about the service! Jake provided some expert design suggestions, and the crew delivered on his every promise. Well I just want to shout out for excellent customer service. Archterra Landscape Service put in our original landscape in 2019. Part of the project was artificial turf installation. We had some settling and repairs that needed to happen and after all this time they showed up and brought it back to its original layout. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them if I have another project.

From start to finish, Archterra was wonderful. The communication from the office in regard to our project and scheduling was excellet. The crew was exceptional! They were kind, professional and very skilled at their craft. We are looking forward to working with Archterra again for future projects.

My project wasn't remotely the largest based on some of the pictures I've seen but I was treated with the utmost concern and care. We hired Archterra to build a large and a small retaining walls, as well as re-do our landscaping. We had a great experience and would re-hire them for future projects.

Scheduling:
I really appreciated the approach to scheduling that Archterra takes. We initially reached out in mid-May and were scheduled for a consultation in early August. While this seemed a bit frustrating at first, I came to really appreciate this. Archterra scheduled the consultation for when they would actually be able to get us on the schedule for the project within a few weeks. We found that other companies we started talking to in May scheduled consultations within a few days of the initial contact and their strategy was to get customers under contract ASAP, but not schedule work for several months out.

Project Management/Designer:
Jeff was our project manager. The amount of communication was balanced, he didn't under communicate and also didn't unnecessarily communicate. He really helped us to select a cost effective, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain solution.

Work:
Victor was the on-site lead and primary worker for our project. He did a fantastic job! We were super impressed with how much he accomplished in a short amount of time and how great the final product looks.

Archeterra Landscaping was the right choice to update the landscape design and install pavers on both levels of our sloped back yard. Their workmanship is exceptional, and their entire team is top notich including their highly skilled landscape technicians. Beyond that, their service after the sale is where they really shine. We had a small warranty issue, and they handled it promptly and with care, ensuring everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. It's rare to find a company that delivers quality and stands by their work after the job is done. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. The Best!!! Rob, one of the owners, came out and I kinda told him what I wanted. He took that and made my vision even better. From the very start we never had a problem with anything. The workers amazed me on their work ethic and the attention they put into every detail. The walls, patio and turf were always leveled to perfection. Not once did I see the workers screwing around or not caring. Told Rob many times how amazed I was with him and all the employees. You what you pay for and this was worth every penny. Thanks to Rob and the guys that worked there butts off in the rain and cold .

This is my third project with Archterra and each time they have exceeded my expectations. They took my empty backyard and turned it into a place to relax and enjoy beyond what I could imagine. Do yourself a favor and call Archterra first. It will reduce your stress levels on whatever landscaping project you have in mind. I had made the mistake of calling on another landscape vendor to install a walkway and firepit earlier in the year. After experiencing multiple delays the last few months, I contacted Archterra explaining our predicament. They were sympathetic and understanding of our situation and they happily offered a bid. It came in slightly higher than the original vendor but with the promise of being finished within a reasonable time frame. Remember the old adage, "You get what you pay for", well this is 100% accurate. Not only did they do everything timewise that was promised, but the quality of workmanship also makes it worth spending a few dollars more. End result is an amazing 70' walkway to a 14' diameter circular firepit with proper gutter drainage off to the side. Will add final photo in a few months when the grass fills in.

I have used Archterra for several years to handle lawn maintenance for both of my companies, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Their entire team, from the crew members to the leads and office staff, is consistently professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

I recently worked with Archterra Landscaping for a complete redesign of my backyard and was blown away by their exceptional service and expertise. They were the first to respond to my email requesting a bid. Rob came out on a Saturday and spent over an hour with my wife and I talking through ideas and showing us previous projects they completed to help us refine and polish our vision. A few days later we received a bid and initially were shocked by the price! However, we solicited 4 other bid from local landscape companies and when we received them it was clear Archterra's bid and craftsmanship were the clear choice. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team at Archterra was incredibly communicative, professional, and dedicated to creating a space that exceeded my expectations.

Rob and his team have really gone above and beyond with their craftsmanship, design ideas, and overall customer service. We came to Rob with a project of making our backyard more usable and to clean it up a bit. What we ended up with was much more than we had imagined.

We have had nonstop compliments about the work that was done and how great it all looks. We have had so much fun in this backyard since it’s been redone. I didn’t really think that some landscaping could have made such a huge difference.

We now have room for a proper flat badminton area, and another one for cornhole. The landscape stone and lighting is really clean and functional. Everything was tied together beautifully, and all of our rosebushes were preserved and transplanted to boot!

Combined with this, they updated the sprinkler system nozzles, and our inground speakers to be as “built-in “ as possible.

The best part is, I could have complete trust in Rob and his vision for our yard. If we have any additional landscaping projects in the future, I will not be hesitating to call Rob again.
