House Cleaning reviews in Puyallup, Washington

I am human and can understand that accidents happen but I would not recommend this cleaning service after using them for the first time last month. The clean itself was good, other than the team missing cleaning an entire room of the house. On top of this, the way the situation was handled by management was very disappointing and shockingly confrontational. I was told that: upon speaking with the two cleaners, “they did in fact clean that room” when I had photo evidence that showed otherwise. They also tried to blame the layout of the room (washer and dryer being present) as the reason it was not cleaned due to staff instructed not to move appliances to clean underneath. After having limited time to scramble to clean the missed room ourselves, it doesn’t feel great to be told I was lying. After further reviewing the photos, they admitted to missing the room entirely and offered a measly $20 refund for the nearly $400 clean. I’m very dissatisfied with this service and don’t recommend it for anyone who wants a dependable clean.
