Trugreen is horrible! They have a misleading contract and fail to deliver on promises. Last year, I had a bad experience with them. Despite my contract starting in February, they charged me $108.80 for one treatment in January which I didn't ask for. The weather is too cold for any treatment. When I complained, they stated the contract only includes 9 treatments. Their services are supposed to include aeration, fertilization, and prevention of weeds and moss. However, they barely did anything and didn't aerate. The result was weeds everywhere and yellow and brown grass patches covering a quarter of my 0.76-acre lawn. They only did some work on the front lawn and abandoned the side and back lawn. The lawn didn't look like it used to be! I prefer to do it myself. It's ridiculous! Save your money and hire a local contractor.

Nathaniel was awesome. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave advice on how to best leverage the services as well as tips on how to produce optimal results for my yard. Would 10/10 recommend!
