Whitworth has been taking care of our home for several years now. We've always been happy with their service. The techs are very friendly and professional, and have never tried to sell us something we don't need. The few times that I called the office, they were also pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

The Whitworth sales staff, reception and technicians are all extremely professional and have done an excellent job. We had issues with some odorous house ants and after trying to take care of it myself, I finally decided to go with the pros. We’ve had almost no major issues since our first visit and I have some piece of mind at last! Would definitely recommend to all who need a one time treatment or ongoing maintenance.

PURCOR Pest Solutions has provided care for my trees and shrubs for a number of years. The company always calls and leaves a message when they will be coming on my property, with the option if changing the date if necessary. The technician, Douglas who is knowledgeable, polite and professional, faithfully follows the treatment instructions ensuring a positive outcome for my landscaping. I am very satisfied with this service.

Danny is always reliable. He answers any questions I may have patiently. He is respectful of our home, family and pets. Purcor, Danny and Graham I highly recommend. They take care of our whole family, 3 residences. Excellent Service!

Quinton was great! Texted before arriving, greeted me and my barking dog politely when he arrived, did a thorough job, and let me know when he was finished. He asked if we had any concerns or questions. He was professional and friendly! Send him back anytime!

Every time I have called this company for service I am always transferred to a minimum of 3 different people. No one is capable of scheduling an appointment. The workers are not knowledgeable nor have empathy for the lack of customer service they provide. Purcor needs to do better to supervise and train their staff. No reason why anyone should be on the phone for over an hour to just book an appointment. So unacceptable. Bad service.

Really great service! They were able to send a technician out the next day, Jared was very professional, and pleasant. He answered my many questions, and walked me through the whole process. This is my first time using an exterminator but their prices seem more than reasonable, and I'm glad we went with their quarterly service, one day later and I've already notice a big improvement, but it's nice to know they offer free retreats in between the quarterly visits. Would definitely recommend!

Terry was very professional and did a thorough job of spraying our Aspen trees. He answered all questions I had, and even left temporary signs notifying passersby of the spraying.

The technician I think he was Kyle, helped so much, my back went out and he helped me get to the house and pushed the wheelbarrow back to the house. This company is very responsive, great technicians and customer service and also affordable. I appreciate them so much.

Had Purcor out again for wasps because thats what they do. My service tech Ryan B. was aces as always and got the problem solved quickly and efficiently. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed. A+ pest control service as usual.

Quinton came out and took care of my wasp broblem and also treated the perimeter of my house and garage. He was very courteous and respectful. He answered all of my questions and was very informative with his answers. We have worked with Purcor for years at another property and have always been happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Had Roger out today to deal with our growing spider population outside. He was outstanding. Customer service was excellent. He genuinely cared about the health and safety of my family as well as preventing spiders from entering our house. I am very impressed with this company. The owner has an excellent response time and is very professional. Roger arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very thankful there is pest control without the toxic risk. Highly recommend!

Everything about this company is ELITE! After I contacted them about scheduling a home inspection, they were extremely prompt and responded right away. They got me in the following week and the sweet, professional, and personable Roger K. came to the rescue. I absolutely appreciated his phone call that he was on his way and gave me a time frame of when to expect him. It's helpful, especially when you have 2 little ones. He did a thorough inspection, gave me our options, and started treatment right away. He was very knowledgeable and informative, which I find very important. Overall, excellent service and even better experience. I hope our pest problems will be resolved in no time!

Sales man sold me on the full package , very good deal and for the issue we were having he was really good at explaining everything , I got the first visit , everything went well , but after that , no contact , they did call to follow up after no one showed up the the home inspection and no contact since then except for the charges to my credit card . If this review was for the first and only visit, it would be a 5 start review,

I want to be clear with this review. The technicians are amazing and do a great job every quarter. The work they do is what they were trained to do. My complaint is 100% with management and their ineptitude. The rates jumped up quite a bit when this company bought out our old pest management company. (I miss the old company greatly). Our biggest issue we have had is with paying the service. We don't trust their systems so we requested paper billing multiple times. Which never was initiated on their end. Only until the last angry email we sent them, was a paper bill actually sent. And they sent a double for some reason. We found a small local company who coincidendially had staff from the original company that was bought out by Purcor. So we signed up with them and cancelled our purcor service. This prompted them to call both of our cell phones and blow up our emails with demands to pay for the last service. Of which we hadn't even received the payer billing statement yet. Soon as it arrived, we mailed off a check to them. We have had to block their calls due to the frequency and attitude given by the persons on the other end.

Again. The technicians have been great. The company itself, is questionable as far as customer requests and how many times one needs to ask for a different way to pay. And the bully tactics upon canceling service let's me know how they operate as a whole. Definitely use smaller local based if you can. At least until a bigger company buys it out.

Purcor Pest was there the day after I call. Showed up on time, completed the service and provided are receipt same day. I call 6 companies for quotes and Purcor was the best value. They are my go to for all pest solutions.
