Russell and his team were exactly what I needed when I found myself in a tough situation with my rental property. The gas company gave us a sudden notice about a corroded gas pipe, and Russell’s crew responded quickly. They identified the problem area and replaced the necessary section of the gas line right away. Throughout the process, Russell explained each step clearly and made sure to coordinate with my tenants when needed. He also worked closely with the gas company and city inspectors to schedule and complete all the required inspections after the repairs. Russell and his team showed real professionalism and plumbing know-how when handling everything. While they were there, they even fixed a running shower faucet in one of the apartments, which was a bonus. Overall, Russell and his team got me out of a difficult spot, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’ll definitely be the first plumbers I call next time I need help.
