Reviews of local pros in Puyallup, Washington

Hope does a phenomenal job at cleaning our home in Burien! She’s always prompt, pays close attention to detail and is extremely reliable! Communication and scheduling with the company itself has always been convenient! I highly recommend Rainier Cleaning Solutions!

We have been very happy with our house cleaning services from Rainier Cleaning. Especially Carmen, she is very friendly and attentive to details. I love that they use products safe for children and animals. Communication for scheduling is quick and efficient which I appreciate. Everyone we have worked with has been fantastic! Thank you Rainier Cleaning!

The date was set with Rainier and then Hope called me personally to confirm. She arrived on time, with all of her supplies and a willingness to listen to my cleaning needs as we toured my house. She was great with my dog and two cats-a concern high on my list! She did everything I asked with a high proficiency. I am very grateful for her and Rainier. Everyone I have worked with from their company has been excellent in their skills and incredibly pleasant to work with 🙏

Brenda is very service driven and does an excellent job. I am a Realtor, and she has been been an invaluable resource to both me and my clients. Whether it is to prepare for a listing or to do a final clean before closing, I know that I can trust Brenda Milewski and her team to always do a great job. She shares the same values as I do to operate with honesty, integrity and to so the best by the client. I refer her constantly and appreciate her stellar work ethic.

From my initial contact, they were responsive, friendly and prompt. I had contacted three vendors and was looking specifically for a company that did not use a pressure washer. Of the three, Eco Clean Northwest was the only vendor to do an on site bid. I liked that they were a local company with good history and there was no charge for the onsite estimate.
James was great to work with for the estimate, he came with info sheets and plenty of before and after photos of past clients. While on site, he used a drone to get accurate pictures of the roof and gutters and gave me several options to go with. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and overall thoroughness of his assessment, it made it an easy decision to go with them.
Danny was the technician for my roof and gutter cleaning and I could not have asked for a friendlier or more conscientious person to do the work. He was quick and thorough and I really felt like my home was in good hands.
From start to finish Eco Clean Northwest has stood out as one of the easiest, most thorough, and friendly vendor I've worked with. I will be using their services again in the future.
They are licensed, bonded and insured and guarantee their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them, top notch work. Thank you James and Danny!

Eco Clean NW is a fantastic company. James is very professional and personable. They are knowledgeable and conscientious. My windows are cleaner than I have ever seen them! He did a beautiful job. I'm thrilled with the work done.

They truly were incredible. They did it all in one day, gutters, windows, they pressure washed the sport court, deck, patio, driveway! It was a two man crew, they were very communicative and professional and put everything back where it was. They will be a call I make yearly now!

Absoutely the most professional company I've dealt with in a long time! Such professional hard-working employees from the office staff to the workers in the field. Just top notch! Could not be happier with the outcome of the cleaning, everything looking new!

The entire team - from the first call, the estimate, the service and follow up - were exceptional. Very professional, friendly and efficient. The roof and gutters look great!

James and Jake were great at getting up all the nasty moss and dirt off our tile roof, gutters, skylights and driveway. We really weren’t sure if the job would be a success but the results were beyond our expectations! Both men were timely, professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks for making our home sparkle as well as adding value. We would highly recommend giving them a call.

Showed up on time, worked hard and effectively, explained very well what they were doing, guaranteed the work. Price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them agian.

I got several estimates for moss removal and solar panel cleaning. Eco Clean was the only service that actually did a full inspection with a drone. They were on time and very professional.
As others have mentioned, they aren’t the cheapest and you get what you pay for.

Update 7.8.2024- had to drop two stars because sadly my poor raspberry tree was poisoned from the chemicals used on the roof treatment. I was naïve. I thought Eco clean northwest processes were clean and green friendly, but apparently they’re not and their chemicals are poisonous to plants and animals.

Their guys did a good job of covering some of our trees, but not all and our little raspberry bush tree that was producing is now dead.

I still recommend this business and things happen. Best of luck and many thanks.

6.26.2024 : Update 2nd time using Eco Clean Northwest: absolutely fantastic. Had our roof cleaned, gutters, cleaned, house, low pressure washed, chemicals use to get rid of moss growth, etc. and Danny and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Used Eco clean Northwest twice and both times have been terrific! Highly recommend them for your roofing house needs thank you again Mr. Danny happy pre-Friday!!

October 2023: Fantastic work from the gentleman who came to my home this day. They were punctual, professional, organized, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for roof/gutter cleaning anytime! Thank you Mr. Jake Hayes and team.

We had Chaz and Tyler out today to clean the roof and gutters super happy about how great everything looks and the way the work was completed - everyone I have interacted with at this company has been so kind and professional- we’ll see you later this year the our next service

A grateful “Thank You” to Eric and Tristen of EC Northwest for their professionalism and service today! They were on time and completed “roof & gutter cleaning, house washing, and window cleaning” - what a wonderful home exterior improvement! Also, “Thank You” to Mr. James and his pre-work consult on all work to be completed/charges and to Janessa, office coordinator, for her assistance during our customer experience! God bless EC Northwest, their employees and families! Post from Vickie Welch

I had a great experience with Eco Clean. The were very professional and efficient. They constantly kept me up to date on scheduling and process. The quote I got initially was very detailed with pictures and their assessment of what work was needed. They cleaned moss off my roof and flushed the gutters & downspouts. All looks good again and the gutters are clear. I recommend them for sure and will use them again.

Great company! Staff is professional, courteous and fast. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I was always up to date on expectations, and to ensure every aspect of the job was done to my satisfaction. I will absolutely use their services again

The worker James Chen who came were very nice and kind and helped us to clean and treat our roofs, the roofs is very clean and it looks very fresh. Huge thanks for James Chen for his best work!

Eric and Nicholas at Eco Clean Northwest did an outstanding job on my home’s exterior. They left my windows and screens spotless with their environmentally friendly cleaning solution and were incredibly thorough. Even tricky spots around shrubs and trees didn’t slow them down! On top of that, they pressure washed my driveway and sidewalk, making everything look fresh and pristine. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a reliable, eco-conscious cleaning service, I highly recommend them!

Eco Clean Northwest delivered an absolutely fantastic transformation for my home! They handled moss removal on the roof and gutters, a thorough house wash, sparkling window cleaning, and concrete cleaning with incredible professionalism and efficiency.

My roof and gutters are pristine, the house siding gleams, windows are streak-free, and concrete looks brand new.

I wholeheartedly recommend Eco Clean Northwest! They’re simply the best!

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at Eco Clean Northwest. Janessa, James, Nick, and Tristen were all very friendly and made sure to address all our needs. James took the time to explain the type of services they provide and was very responsive. James also inspected our roof thoroughly before providing an estimate - he was very professional and is clearly an expert. Nick and Tristen did an excellent job washing our roof and cleaning up afterwards despite the rainy and cold weather. We are very lucky to have found this incredible group of people to work with - will definitely work with them in the future! Highly recommend!
