Santos and his guys did a bunch of work for me recently. They pressure washed the front of my place, fixed all of my dry rotted facia boards, painted, trimmed trees and even laid bark down. I couldn’t be happier with his work and professionalism. He even asked if I wanted him to lay moss out on my roof. I knew he was a great guy when he quoted me one price, I was ready to pay him and he actually said it was cheaper than what he originally quoted me. He could have just took my money and I would have been happy and never knew! I have also referred people to him that love his work as well. Thanks Santos and the gang!!!!!

Santos is very professional and courteous. He communicates well and arrived on time for the job. He did a wonderful job and I look forward to working with him with him again.

Santos and his crew replaced our siding and painted the exterior of our house. They were amazing to work with. Always up front and honest, with great and reasonable prices. They were all friendly, started and finished the job in no time, and always cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them for all our future projects. Very highly recommended! AMAZING WORK!

Santos and his crew did an outstanding job on my deck railings, covered patio, cutting my tree down, and spreading bark in frront of my yard. The price was very reasonable. They were punctual and was very detail oriented to make the finished product look amazing. They went above and beyond.

We came by Santos roofing services by chance, his company was doing a neighbors roof.. My husband walked over to speak with Santos and ask if he was interested in giving us an estimate for a tear off and roof replacement. Santos came over and estimated the amount of work with price. We agreed on the price and made arrangements on start date 11/27/2023 the crew arrived on time and were extremely professional the team was very courteous and conscientious about taking care of my house and yard during working hours and after each day of work was completed. Santos communication was great and we never had any surprises he was always keeping us informed. Also Santos invited my husband to do some inspections during and after the work was completed. As he was inspecting the roof Santos was explaining to him all the details, which he said was very very informative. Santos roofing company completed the roof ahead of schedule and on budget.

Santos has helped us twice and i’m sure there will be more to come. He helped us with a fireplace project. Perfectionist and very reasonable priced. On time, professional and respectful. Later on in the year I had a leaking issue coming from our skylight. That same morning he gave me a price and did the job the same day.

Super helpful.

Our business hauled multiple loads of stumps and slash from a nearby property and was very impressed with the service and prices. We will continue to use Woodland Industries in the future!

My wife called Woodland for a bid to remove our 130' fir tree and stump. The sales man quoted $3800!! And then called my poor wife everyday for a week! We called Canzler Tree service, Tacoma WA. They did the same!e job for only $500! In my opinion Woodland is unprofessional and unethical. Sorry Woodland you should not have harassed my wife. Thank You Brian

I taught their CPR and First Aid class today and their owner Lee and his employees were great! They were a great team and worked well together. Make sure to call Lee with any tree or yard removal issues. They truly care and their employees are awesome!

My experience with Woodland Industries has been horrible.

I contracted with them to take down several trees. They ended up not completing the entire job and have charged me three different times for totally different amounts. I've had to dispute the charges each time. This has been going on for 15 months.

We just had two more trees taken down by the folks at Evergreen. I noticed on the web that there were some negative comments about this company but, after having worked with them on more than one occasion, I am impressed with their work.

Their bid was inline with other estimates and the crew was very professional and did a great job keeping the area safe. They showed up on time on both occasions, as they had promised. I had a tree that was broken in two, leaning on another large tree, and they were able to extricate the broken one without much damage to the second tree.

It was nice to see Sam and his crew huddle and pray before they got going. I would hire them again in an instant. Now I can save the time getting other quotes in the future.
