I called at 5:30 pm last night and they scheduled a technician at 9-11 am this morning. Alex showed up on time even on a snow day! I have a Speed Queen stack combo and the dryer is not the easiest to fix. It took Alex 4 times as longer to fix it and he did it professionally. I am definitely a return customer now and recommend them to everyone.

After I explained the problems with my washing machine, the technician told me right away that it would be a very expensive repair and probably not worth it. He was very patient listening to me, and didn’t interrupt or mansplain things to me, as male technician so often do. Just from my description, he knew what was wrong with the washing machine and his follow-up questions to my explanation showed me that he knows what he’s talking about. He didn’t even charge me the minimum fee since he was only there for 15 minutes which I thought was very courteous of him.
I will definitely use them again in the future, if one of my other appliances acts up.

GE dishwasher was randomly filling with water when off. Called and was able to get a next day appointment. showed up next day to diagnose, sourced the part from their warehouse and returned next day to install and fix, and did a maintenance and cleaning. Alex was very professional, punctual and tidy. I highly recommend!

Alex was amazing in his service to repair our fridge. After calling other places I got a same day appointment, diagnostic was performed throughly and results were explained detailed. Price was a little more than what I was expecting but far better deal than buying a new fridge, additionally maintenance and ice maker fix was done which at the end was a good deal. Alex waited until the fridge was back and operational, he was very clean and respectful of our home and I would recommend anyone looking for a great service. If I have any problem with my other appliances will be my first choice.

Fantastic service company. They were able to come out the same day, showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable about the dryer and extremely nice to work with. I almost never post reviews but in this case they were so good that I want people to know. This is the second time that I have used them and will definitely call them first if I ever have another appliance issue.

I was grateful to call the morning that I couldn’t take the dryer noise any longer and within an hour they had the repair technician, David at my door. He was very professional, efficient, and fixed everything within 30 minutes. He even had all the parts he needed with him. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Terrible service I had them out to my house to look at my washer. There was 150 diagnostic fee. I told him when he got to my house that the washer was just fine. He said he needed his 150. I paid him his 150 to get the hell out of my house I never use this guy again, Complete rip off

My washer stopped running and locked itself. I called and they were able to come out the next morning at 10 am. Alex was able to unlock the washer and diagnose the issue and was very honest about next steps. I would 100% contact Alex next time I need any help with any appliances.

Just a diagnosis, but David was very nice & explained that a new washer was faster only a bit more expensive than repairing our old one. Very professional & candid.
