Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

We recently remodeled the kitchen and guest bathroom in addition to getting the deck repaired. Equinox Builders were very professional and did a fabulous job. We are very happy with the final outcome. From start to finish they were responsible, committed and took accountability for all the work. We are glad we chose Equinox Builders for this project and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Equinox did our downstairs bathroom remodel. They started on time (when they said they would) and finished earlier than expected. They also raised up the ceiling to accommodate the shower plumbing which was unexpected. The tile work was spectacular, level and even, with excellent grout work. Whenever there was an issue like moving pipes or resizing stone, they did it without hesitation and kept the costs reasonable. We recommend them for their expertise, attention to detail and their commitment to serving the customer.

Liroy and his team are SOLID - very professional in their dealings, excellent and proactive communication, knowledgeable on any construction/ remodel related topics. Fair and transparent in their dealings (won’t give you stress). What stood out for me particularly was how Liroy always presented options, workarounds etc as needed, they did a very good job for my bedroom and deck addition and finished the work ahead of my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend Equinox and you can trust them with your projects.

I had a great experience working with Equinox Builders on my renovation project. Things ran smoothly and on-time and the scope of work came in on budget (no surprises). Omer the project lead communicated well throughout. Highly recommended.

Equinox Builders did an outstanding job with our home remodeling project. Omer and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our needs. They transformed our space into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing home. We are delighted with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

I highly recommend these guys, The team was punctual, and their professionalism was matched by the quality of their work. My kitchen now looks fantastic, and the entire process was a pleasure thanks to their friendly approach.

I hired Equinox Builders to convert an open space into a bedroom and convert a half bath to an attached full bath. Liroy and his team did an excellent job and got the work done to my requirements. The end result has been fantastic. Liroy made sure I was kept in the loop all along and made frequent visits to ensure everything is going per plan. He was receptive to suggestions and always ensured anything that needed attention was addressed properly. I highly recommend hiring Equinox builders for any home renovation projects you may have.

I had a great experience working with Liroy and Equinox Builders on my bathroom update. Equinox provided a clear and detailed estimate, provided professional and polite contractors, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Communication with Liroy throughout the process was easy and problem-free. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and neighbors, and will certainly keep them in mind for any future projects I may have.

Omer and Leroy of Equinox are fantastic. I had storm damage some time back and they came to bid on my roof and some structure damage. They were attentive, professional and knowledgable. Once the estimate was provide, we set a date for work to begin. They were able to actually start sooner than promised and finished in exactly the time specified. The work was top notice and their crew were very friendly and accommodating, Omer kept me updated and checked in during the entire process. Finding quality contractors is tough and stressful, I'm happy that I went with Equinox Builders.

Love our new bathroom! Liroy was very professional, helpful and communicative from the very first meeting. It’s never easy having contractors in your home, but each Equinox employee was skilled, conscientious and polite. We would definitely hire them again.

Beautiful construction work! Liroy did an amazing job renovating our kitchen and two bathrooms . Very professional and clean work . Liroy made it exactly like we wanted! Highly recommend.

Working with Liroy and his team was a pleasure. From the beginning to end everything worked like a clock! and the quality of the work was great. They helped us with some renovations in our house and we’re very happy with it. The main thing that I valued was the peace of mind that if I had any questions or concerns I can call Liroy and he was willing to have a conversation to address the issue. Thank you.

Working with Leroy and Omer was an enjoyable experience and we're very happy with the end result of our home renovation project. There were a few instances where mistakes were made due to miscommunication, but each time they were quick to fix them. Overall I would recommend using Equinox Builders for your next home project.

Equinox Builders is a grade A company in my opinion. From the start, when my job coordinator Liroy came to my doorstep to when they completed the job, they were very professional and all business. I had my master bedroom and bathroom remodeled and it took only took 2 1/2 weeks to complete. Considering plumbing and drainage relocation, painting, floors, drywall, etc. I say 2 1/2 weeks of a waiting was worth it 100%. Quick summary of my experience with Equinox Builders, they brought in an experienced builder for every job literally and they were consistent on the time they showed up to work in the morning. I’ll add some before and after pics. Thanks guys. I’ll be calling on ya for another project.

LiRoy renovated our master bath. He was professional, courteous, and kept to promised deadlines, and also stayed within the estimate he had provided. He corrected any problems that we encountered along the way to our satisfaction. His crew, especially Roman, were skilled and did quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. We cannot be more pleased with the outcome. Good value for the money spent

So glad we found Liroy and Equinox Builders. We had a fairly simple project in a small place: remove a utility closet and a bedroom closet, add a pocket door to an office space, and turn our garage entry to a proper mudroom. We looked at other contractors, but really vibed with Liroy and his vision for the space. He was quick to put together plans, a reasonably priced estimate, and once the work started his crew was friendly, punctual, and finished the job impeccably well. We worked together along the way as well, with the team asking for real time feedback on what they were doing. We're so happy with the work and excited to use our new mudroom! Equinox Builders will be our first call next time we need a project big or small.

Liroy and Eqinox Builders have done an excellent job renovating our kitchen. He communicated frequently, the demo and construction was timely, neat and thorough.
Our cabinets are beautiful, and his recommendations helped us make decisions.
We love our floors and the finished product.

Liroy made the impossible happen for us: we went from shabby chic to my own bespoke design. He is so kind and thorough, and his team of artisans (looking at you, Vlad!) did beautiful work. If you have to have contractors in your home, these are the ones to choose!

We did our kitchen remodeling with Omer and his team. Omer was on top of details and communication. We would recommend Equinox Builders to friends and family.

Equinox company just finished complete remodel of my lower level of the house with large daylight rooms. As soon as we started the project was moving fast.
Liroy and his employees were making sure every project is completed on time and quality of work is in check. The projects were challenging but company completed their work in record short time and it looks fabulous!
I will recommend this Equinox Builders for your future projects.

Omer and his crew did an amazing job giving our stairs a face-lift. We had the old raggedy carpet removed and installed LVT. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and especially easy to work with. I work long hours and they were able to be flexible around my schedule. They consistently showed up as scheduled and did excellent work! Omer made sure we were happy with the job at every step until completion. My husband and I are more than satisfied and would recommend Equinox Builders to anyone in the area.
