Kayla was great, worked hard and very conscientiously. I am at a point where my wife prefers I not get on tall ladders or the roof (okay, there was a trip to Harborview in an ambulance...), but I was very happy and satisfied with the work she did. Would hire again.

We are so happy with the Christmas lights that Best Exterior Cleaning hung for us this year! Brad has been kind, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend and we’ll be working with him again next year!

The technicians were kind and professional. They went out of their way to make sure we were getting our moneys worth, worried that our job was too small at first to be worth the fee. The end result was fantastic. Definitely will use them again.

Brad did an amazing job cleaning my gutters and windows. He is fast, professional, and thorough, with excellent rates. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

My gutters were blocked and pouring rainwater onto my deck, and my windows were a mess from a year of construction projects. I couldn't believe how good they looked after Brad was finished. He also pointed out an area of my downspout that needed an elbow to prevent damage to the siding and gave me a quote to fix it without being at all pushy.

I really appreciated that he provided helpful information and suggestions for upkeep of my house, but never tried to sell me on things I didn't need. I had also mentioned that my baby was napping during our scheduled time, and Brad was thoughtful enough to check with me before using loud equipment. Overall a great experience and a pleasure to work with.

Brad and his team were fast and professional. He came out and gave an estimate with a mockup of what the lights would look like. They came out, cleaned the gutters, and installed the lights quickly and safely. He also custom made the upper lights so they are the EXACT length they need to be, so there’s no awkward overhang or shortage. They look great, way better than we’ve ever been able to do them ourselves. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service. They really listened to my needs and adapted the service to help me solve a problem with my insurance agency homeowners cancellation. They did a quality job and cleaned up the debris from the moss remediation service and pressure washing. I highly recommend!

I am beyond thrilled with my recent experience working with Brad at Best Exterior Cleaning. He was prompt, thorough, careful, kind, and communicative. The work that Brad did for our house recently was challenging, to say the least, due to a VERY steep and hard to navigate roof. Despite these challenges, Brad handled everything with professionalism and confidence. He cleaned our roof thoroughly, sprayed for long term effects, cleaned out and assessed our gutters AND cleaned both the inside and outside of all windows, including the skylight! To say that we are pleased is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and hire Brad!

Brad and his team did a wonderful job on our Christmas lights. We loved how it looked, they do a great job of communicating along the way, and Brad is very courteous and professional!

Best Exterior Clean did a great job cleaning our solar panels. My husband had tried to spray them down himself, but it’s so hard to see the grim that’s built up from the ground and to get it off with a hose alone. To get a good clean that’s going to make a difference in solar absorption you really need to get up there and scrub them. The benefit of hiring a professional is that they are trained to safety maneuver on roofs, reducing the risk of falls or damaging any panels or roof fixtures.

I am super happy with the work Best Exterior Clean produced. Kayla was kind, quick, and professional. She even took the time to snap a few up close pictures and show me my panels before and after.

I went out and got a few photos right after the cleaning from the ground and you can really tell the difference in the way they shine and the crisp reflection of the trees nearby.

We did not have any plans to pressure wash anything, but saw the work that Brad did on our neighbor's driveway and decided we wanted ours to look like that too! Brad did such a fabulous job pressure washing our property - it hasn't looked this bright in years. He is professional and friendly, a great communicator, and thorough in his work. I chose best exterior because they had an environmentally friendly option for dealing with the moss on my roof. I have an extremely steep roof, and Lane, one of the owners, did a full assessment and took pictures for me when we settled on a plan.
I also had them install Christmas Lights. They did a great job. I found everybody that I dealt with to be upbeat and professional.

From the initial inquiry for pressure washing and gutter cleaning at my house with Brad, all the way till the day that Christian came out, has been a really tremendous experience. Brad followed up every quickly with everything and had really great communication as far as even letting me know about a sick call that happened the day of. Was pleased to come home and see the work Christian came out to do - he got the walkway and driveway looking brand new in time for a big gathering we will be hosting. I scheduled Best Exterior Cleaning for our holiday lights, and they arrived exactly on time. During our conversation, I learned they also do roof cleaning and moss treatment. I asked if they could add that service before putting up the lights, and they immediately walked me through the quote and got it done on the spot. The roof looks incredibly clean, fully moss-treated, and our home is now beautifully decorated with red and white holiday lights!
