Tyler was incredibly detail oriented and even showed us the difference between using Zerorez water and the typical tap water that all other carpet cleaners use by adding iodine into the test cup. The Zerorez water was CLEAR!! Their cleaning system is thorough and we feel it's as clean as new carpet. He came in with an ultraviolet flashlight to look over the carpet and noticed some stains from pets we had. We showed him some pet stains on an older carpet (almost 3 decades old - see cream carpet pic) and he was able to get them 98% stain free. He proved to us that carpet still has life left. Unbelievable! He was very careful next to the baseboards and left our home smelling fresh and so pleasantly clean.
Tyler is professional and efficient, on time, and overall very nice to work with... he's definitely knowledgeable and helpful. Affordable....and we WILL use them again. 🤍

Carpet cleaning is great, customer service is excellent, honestly and integrity top notch.
Caution - hardwood floors that need a basic sweep and swifer mop are extremely overpriced. (No gradient pricing for cleaning requirements.)

Chris was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. His work was incredible and made an amazing improvement in the carpet and appearance of our interior. The upstairs was almost completely dry before he finished with our 2 lower rooms

This was my first time using this company after my brother’s recommendation. I was very pleased with Kyle’s good work, attention to detail and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. They are different than others which leave soap residues on the carpets which become a chronic problem.

Kyle, our cleaning technician, did a fantastic job. He was conscientious, polite, no-nonsense about the fees and an additional add-on last-minute about a sofa. The price was reasonable, and I will be calling on ZeroRes again for future cleanings.

Tech arrived on time very courteous and professional, explained all the possibilities and challenges with pet stains along with any additional cost up front and let us make the decision. This was a very old but quality carpet that came back to looking its original self and we were very very pleased with the results. Awesome service. Great customer service and scheduling. Super easy. Also they are honest. With my pet stains they gave me the rundown and let me weigh the pros and cons of cleaning vs replacing. (It was kind of bad). I ultimately decided to pay for the service as I had tried to no avail to clean it myself already. He even told me some of the reasons why I wasn't able to do it properly myself. I could not be happier with the result. They told me there isn't a guarantee and so results may vary with successful pet stains removal (or at least with the odor), but mine was successful. I will refer friends and family here when I can.

We needed urgent help after a nasty pet accident. We were thankful for the quick appointment. Kris was our technician and he did a fantastic job!! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I used Zerorez last year when we bought our home and now today and will use them again. Reasonable prices and it's done so quickly. From set up to tear down he was in and out in less than an hour and a half and my carpets smell and look so good! He did our large master bedroom, hall and living room. Great job.

Great experience with this service! The technician arrived ahead of schedule, provided a clear estimate upfront, and finished the job right on time. I was particularly impressed that he managed to remove a tough, hardened orange stain that I didn't think would come out. The carpets look overall very clean—highly recommend!

Dre was great. Kept me posted with arrival time, which allowed me to plan my day. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. My kids were very hard on the carpets and he did an amazing job getting the stains out. The stairs, especially, were a nightmare. The process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend.

Wish I hadn't waited so long! Carpets are very old but I feel they still had some life left. Jason the carpet tech agreed. They are still drying but look great already! Was super easy to book with great communication! Was given an arrival window and was called 20 minutes before arriving. Price seemed reasonable and so worth it! Don't wait like I did!

First time using Zerorez. Great experience and my carpets look brand new. And they are not! I scheduled online but follow up communication was good. Technician was very nice. Answered questions and we chatted while he worked. Also important is the carpets were wet but not soaked and dried in a few hours with fans on. Excellent!
