Wanted some rugs cleaned and they provided a very reasonable price. We were looking to have them refreshed to get your normal grime out.

It took them about 30mins to clean our rugs. They look and smell sooo much better and they got a TON of pet hair out. This is our second time using them.

The service provided was the shower restoration package. Bjorn is top notch and so professional, taking the time to explain the service, identity other potential areas to address, and answering all questions. I’ve used Hydra Clean NW on multiple occasions for carpet cleaning and have been equally satisfied with that service. I highly recommend their services.

Everything was explained to us in advance, which was helpful. It appears as though all stains have been removed. As it dries the carpet should become brighter. I have expensive white carpets throughout my entire home, minus the wood floors, and tiled bathrooms. I also have a dog that had incontinence. She is now on medication that is !preventing the problem. My carpets will be completely dry to the touch within 2 to 3 hours. I will never use any other capet cleaner in the future. It will always be HYDRA CLEAN NORTHWEST. Sam did a wonderful job.

Rene was really really thorough and now our carpet looks almost brand new!! I wasn't expecting much because our carpet was kinda gross but I'm really impressed. He was also a lot faster than I anticipated, I would definitely book another job in the future.

Professional, courteous, on time. Answered some questions I had about some HVAC filters I plan on doing in the future. The carpets turned out great and my allergies have been a lot better since the cleaning. I’d hire Hydra Clean again in a heartbeat.

I have enjoyed working with Bjorn at Hydra Clean Northwest for carpet/rug cleanings as well as for dryer vent cleaning. Bjorn has been very responsive to texts and calls, and his staff have all been very courteous and respectful. And costs remain very fair despite on-going inflation in today's economic times. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I found Hydra Clean NW on an online search when I needed my carpet cleaned. I have used other companies in the past with mixed results. I found them to be very professional in their approach, keeping me informed about arrival time days in advance and up to an hour before my scheduled time. The job was done quickly and extra effort was made to clean a stained area with great success. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaners.

Loved the ease of getting a carpet cleaning scheduled, they had many appointments available and I was able to schedule within a couple days. The service was even faster than I expected for 3 bedrooms, and two area rugs. They were done in about an hour and we were able to use the rooms immediately after.

I’ve had my place cleaned 3 times and hoping to schedule a 4th soon. I like my carpets cleaned every six months and what I love about their services is that they don’t leave the carpet damp or wet like others do. I don’t have to leave the windows open or keep air flowing to dry faster, at my place (yours could be different) only takes an hour.

The two employees that have come to do the work have been extremely professional and wore masks as I have an underlying health condition.

Overall, for me it’s been a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Talk about bang for your buck! Sam was my cleaner and he was fabulous. Professional and friendly, he explained the process and got my six area rugs super clean in very little time. One in particular (due to lighter color) looks 100% different! A friend even commented on it. How happy I am to have not rented a machine and knocked myself out when Hydra Clean does a better job and without toxic chemicals. Love this company.

Hydra Clean is my go-to carpet cleaner. We have a very old beige carpet and cats (one who is not compatible with carpets from a stain perspective). I’m amazed every time at how clean the carpet is after a cleaning. I have found their services to be affordable, professional, and easy (always on time, no fragrance left behind, and quick dry time). We’ve gotten our sofas, chairs, and rugs cleaned too- and I’m always happy with how things turn out. When I entered the job on the website, I included an extra space, and Sam adjusted the final cost down to the actual work performed with no prompting. I appreciate the professionalism and care for us as customers! I had tried another carpet cleaning service in the past, and Hydra Clean is much better. They do the work how it should be done!

John is such a great worker, he works so hard and you can just see his passion for his job.

We just had our wall to wall carpet as well as two 5x7 area rugs and we couldn’t be happier. We had let them get a little too dirty but Hydra Clean was able to improve them to our satisfaction. Couple the good cleaning via a very professional technician and a reasonable price and you have the perfect carpet service. This is the second time we used them so it was not a fluke! Highly recommend their services.

We had an exterior house wash done and I am generally happy with it. There are places near windows and on the gables that still have bird poop even after a second pass was made by David.

I have used Hydra Clean 3X times over the last couple of years. They are responsive to my needs, do a good job and are affordable (in Seattle $). I appreciate their attention to detail and the spots in carpet have been fully resolved. I expect I will continue to use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. They did a perfectly fine job cleaning, but afterwards have then been spamming me repeatedly for reviews, referrals, and specials, with no way to opt out besides just blocking the number or sender. I've gotten well over a dozen such requests inside of a month, no joke. I really cannot recommend them as a result.
