Lady told me to replace my rug and that bc I had used, soap, water, and baking soda, no cleaner would be able to get the dog pee out of my area rug. Like what?? Ma'am, I can't go replacing a rug in this economy, and I did most of the hard work for ya considering I literally washed most of the dog pee out.

Horrible experience, will never use Anderson Carpet Cleaning again! No one showed at the confirmed time (between 12-12:30pm today) nor did they send me a reminder email or text, but I did all that I was asked in their confirmation (vacuumed, moved all small furniture). After waiting 20 min for representative to arrive I left 3 messages asking that someone call, no one did, so I left. Disgusting customer service, avoid this company at all costs! Jan

I had an emergency need for an upholstery cleaning and was able to schedule Henry for the next afternoon. He was prompt, texted me on his way and was extremely professional and courteous. I am an employer and I would love to have ten employees just like Henry. Thank you Anderson carpet cleaning!!

henry at anderson carpet cleaning was great and he saved our rugs that we just didn't think was even possible! with pets the rugs get a lot of traffic, but he was able to salvage even the worst of our throw rugs- and brought our living room rug back to life- which was dead long before we moved in?! he also did the tile and hard floors which all look amazing- and it smells great now too. he was very careful and respectful of not only covid protocol but with his equipment and in all, i can't say enough great things about the whole experience! when you can't leave your home, you can certainly transform how you feel about it- just by getting your floors spruced up ;)

Anderson Carpet Cleaning is SO great in all of the ways one needs! They are prompt to respond, able to get out to you quickly and do excellent work. I called Lisa at Anderson Carpet, Wood & Tile Cleaning at the last minute to get my stairs cleaned before a party. She was able to fit me in and was very gracious, despite my last minute call.

The stairs were in terrible shape - lots of stains. Henry did an amazing job and was even able to clean the hallway when I asked. He was able to remove some dark greasy marks from very light carpet.

Travis did a terrific job on cleaning the white carpet in our house. He called ahead of time to see if he could arrive a earlier which was great. He was able to remove tar/oil stains that had occurred that morning. My carpets look super. Thanks Travis for your hard work and expert cleaning. Anderson Carpet Cleaning is fantastic! They do amazing work and are friendly and professional. I’ve used them twice now to get my carpets cleaned when moving out of rentals, and I can’t sing their praises enough. Lisa and Moses we’re both amazing and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services!

This is our second time using Anderson Carpet Cleaning and we are so glad we called them! We recently had a guest get sick in our guest room and while I was able to remove the stain myself, I couldn’t get rid of the smell. Jose came the next day and did a fantastic job! He cleaned a fabric recliner for us too and it looks like new. We will definitely call them when it comes time to clean carpets again.

I have used this company previously and was very pleased. This time I had fairly new carpets cleaned and stains that should have come up didn’t, and some looked even more pronounced after the cleaning. Very disappointed.
After speaking with them, they did come back out and cleaned the stubborn spots a second time. Their integrity was appreciated.

We switched to them last month and already see a cost savings without losing quality.
