I’ve always used Chavez Cleaning for my carpets and they’ve done a wonderful job each time. They outdid themselves, tho, when our dog deeply cut his foot in our yard and created a murder scene in our house before I realized what happened! Chavez shuffled appts and came out immediately to start cleaning ginormous blood stains from my carpets, upstairs and down. They did an amazing job and I’m still so grateful! Wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We have been using Chavez service since our previous house. Javier has done great jobs on all of our houses carpet cleaning all the time and the price is way more reasonable than the ones that claim they use pure water, etc. I strongly recommend their service.

These folks are AMAZING! I spilled nail polish on the carpet in my rental and was turned down by a couple other services I called first. Javier was confident and helpful, and guess what, he COMPLETELY removed the stain. He made my entire carpeting look as perfect as new. He also gave me some fantastic cleaning tips to use myself if I ever have any issues again. He was super professional, courteous, efficient, helpful and friendly. I 100% recommend these services. They also guarantee their service, so you can call them to come back out if you're not satisfied. The company we normally use wasn’t available for a move-out clean and we needed it done quickly. Chavez Cleaning came out on short notice and did a fantastic job!! They offered deodorizer for a small additional fee and it was well worth the cost. The carpets looked new and smelled fresh and clean. Very pleased with their service!

I contracted out work to Chavez Cleaning Service, Javier the Office Manager/ Worker was so nice and helpful, they understood what I wanted out of a carpet cleaning, they were flexible with time, have very reasonable prices, and very professional. My client said the carpet looked new, and that there was no reason as to why he needed to change them, because Javier did a superb job. This company was great to deal with. I shopped around for estimates, and they were by far the most competitive. They also provided the estimate over the phone without requiring an in-home visit (and stuck to the estimate when it came time for the actual bill). They confirmed the appointment the day before, and Javier showed up on time and did a great job. Overall: great value, very convenient, excellent customer service/telephone support, and very punctual/professional in terms of the actual cleaning job.

Chavez did an excellent job of cleaning all of my carpeting in my two story home prior to listing for sale. He applied spot cleaner in several places and was able to remove the spots. Price was very reasonable and we agreed on a slight adjustment since he didn't realize the scope of the cleaning from our phone call. I would recommend his service to any one. He goes out of his way to do a quality job and takes pride in how the carpet looks when he is finished. He also has a great personality and is easy to work with.

Javier came and looked at the work needed to be done. We wanted all the carpets in our house steam cleaned (area rugs as well). He came and created a bid; we followed up and he came and did the work. He is very professional, honest, hard-working and guarantees his work for 30 days in case there is any problem. He came recommended to us and we are so grateful we found him.
