I feel compelled to share my first time experience with Chavez Cleaning Service, & in particular, with Javier. In a word…EXCEPTIONAL. From our first communication via telephone, to text confirmations & ultimately the work done to clean my carpet, all was outstanding. Javier and his crew were such a pleasure to work with! His receptionists got me booked on the calendar quickly, and even helped me work out pricing to make the most efficient use of my money. He came on time and was upfront about what stains would come out of my carpet and he definitely went above and beyond because it looks pristine now!

Javier came on time with his son. He was honest upfront to tell that some marks may not come out. Did a great job with carpet cleaning! He was courteous and very professional in his conduct. His son was a great helper too. The corners and sides of the carpet(nears walls) wasn’t clean which I understand could be due to all the dust accumulation over the years and the machine not able to go beyond certain point towards wall. Overall great service and value for money. I will hire them again for sure.

Through and through an amazing service, all the way from the quote, to getting on the calendar, to getting the job done. The quality of the service was also great, we had a few stains in our carpet and our sofa from our dog and Javier got everything out. He was also super friendly, explained everything in a lot of detail, and was considerate and mindful as he worked around us while we were working from home!

Javier was great! He came right on time and did a great job.

Javier is a fantastic person. He is polite, prompt and does excellent work. We have used him twice and were impressed with the quality of his work. He takes care to ensure his equipment doesn’t harm anything and gives you honest feedback on the condition of your carpets and how to best maintain them. We have recommended him to others who were also pleased with his work.

Service was fine but damn they won’t let up on the emails asking for a review afterwards. We’ve been on the road on a cross country move and have been occupied but I swear about every damn day they send an email asking for a review like they have a bee in their bonnet. Chill.

What a great job cleaning our upholstery (couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman)! They look as good as new! I loved that I could make a reservation online and see pricing at that time. Chavez Cleaning did a great job for us with regard to a bad carpet issue. I was impressed with their proactive communication before and after the appointment. Although the stains we had were not completely removed Chavez did a good job reducing them a lot. The technician Javier explained in advance that given the type of stain that it was he might not be able to get it all out. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.

Javier is a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, and is very customer oriented. During our three-day condo cleaning project, he very graciously altered his schedule to avoid a conflict with our trash pickup. The results of his work are always outstanding. The first two photos show before and after his work in one of our buildings. Chavez Cleaning Service has become one of the preferred vendors at our 9-building condo complex.

Chavez Cleaning Service did an amazing job. The carpet is spotlessly clean and all stains gone. They also finished in record time. I like that they are very professional in their communication.

I called very last minute in Dec desperate to have the carpets cleaned before Christmas and not only did they get right back to me, they came on a Saturday! Very professional and detailed both the carpets and large sectional! I was so very pleased. I will definitely be using Chavez services again

MR is one of the most dependable and trustworthy house cleaning services I have used. The owner Maria puts extreme efforts in all cleanings. I recommend MR House Cleaning LLC for all your house cleaning needs.

If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would have. They are not only unprofessional, but also lack complete and utter integirty and character. They are here make a quick buck and would not honor any commitments they make, even when provided with written proof.

They scheduled a service at 11 am, however they changed the time to 930 am without asking and then canceled the appointment claiming they waited for half an hour. When asked about the 11 am appointment they mentioned they already took another high value job. This lack of integrity with them should warn anyone looking to hire to do it at their own risk.

Please stay clear and look elsewhere for cleaning services.

WOW! What can I say, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I am thoroughly impressed and cannot believe such a great cleaning company like this exists.

We had hired cleaners to come and do a move out cleaning, and those cleaners did a horrendous job. The shower tile grout was gross and they didn’t even bother with the minor details.

Those cleaners refused to come back and finish the job, which may be a blessing in disguise as it led me to find this company.

They cleaned everything down to taking the fridge backs off to clean the coil and mechanism in it. Absolutely everything we hired them for was done to 150%.

I could not have asked for a better cleaner. I have recommended this cleaner to all of my friends and will only use them moving forward.

Not to mention, they are so reasonably priced it’s hard to say no. You cannot go wrong.

They provide the best value for any type of cleaning but mostly move-out cleaning. I have never seen a company remove the backing of the fridge to get all of the dust.

They listen to you and make you feel heard, and go and above and beyond for their clients.

They even sent me photos as I was out of state and couldn’t verify the work myself. I love this company, you cannot go wrong!!!
