Rich Landscaping is very reliable and dependable. They always go the extra mile for us. And when it snows they can always be counted on to show up and plow the grounds. Thank you for all the hard work.

This is the worst landscaping company I have ever seen. All they do is use their obnoxiously loud and smelly gas blowers to blow trash and dirt all over the place for 3 hours every Friday. No idea how, but they always manage to leave things looking worse than before.

Sean Coen our account rep is a great guy. He is very responsive and always goes the extra mile! Thanks for taking great care of our properties.

They are the 3rd party responsible for cleaning the lots of some Essex properties, and I currently live at one. They seem to have no respect for tenants property and automobiles. They will blow debris all over your clean car in a protected port of what almost seems to be an intentional manner.

Adolfo, Aurelio and the Rich Landscaping team have visited my community Alvista 240 every Wednesday for a year now and I am loving the overall look of my community. It's bright, clean, and coming together beautifully I could not be happier! Horribly disruptive landscaping and very slow. This company still uses gas powered leaf blowers that will be SO LOUD that you can hear them 5 blocks down the road and way louder 7 stories up.

Until this company can respectfully do it’s job without waking up an entire neighborhood and distrusting everyone’s home I would never recommend this service. Idk why this place refuses to use a broom or at least an electric leaf blower, but this is Seattle and we all hate you for it. So just keep doing what your doing and lose business because no one wants this constant noise pollution. These antiquated machines are banned in Seattle and it will go in effect in 2 years then you won’t have any choice.

The are the landscapers that are hired by my complex, but every time they are here there is more talking then work getting done. Not only that, but they don't make the property look better they leave more of a mess than when they got here. I have taken photos and videos of their work. This absolutely disgusting of a company to claim to do their job when in reality they don't actually do anything. The maintenance at my complex does more of the landscaper job than the landscapers do. I truly do not recommend this company. Not worth what you pay. You would be better off doing the work yourself

Rich landscaping is a great company. Their technician are professional and respectful. They cleaned up all of the areas I asked to be cleaned up and afterwards asked if there is anything else they can do before they are done for the day. I really appreciate the hard work they do to upkeep the property and to make sure all residents are happy. A specially at this time when so many people work from home and enjoy a clean yards and well maintained landscaping. Glad to have them clean my property. Thank you.

Want a landscaper that communicates changes, asks for how they can help, and is generally enjoyable to work with? Look no further. Rich's Landscaping has been keeping Shorewood green and beautiful for years. Adolfo is fantastic!

They manage to leave a bigger mess than when they arrived. Very noisy and disrespectful to residents and property. Several buckets worth of weeds they missed and they knocked over my plant pots, uprooting them and leaving a mess. Each week they blow debris under the front door rather than cleaning up their mess and blowing the dirt and debris away. Extreme lack of care and work ethic.

I was shocked to read a 1-Star review of Rich's Landscaping. As the Operations Coordinator for 4 large, garden-style apartment complexes, I can attest to the fact that Rich's, and Sean in particular (whom I have known for several years), is always there whenever we need them. Knowledgeable, courteous, and comprehensive, you cannot go wrong with Rich's. I highly recommend them.

Richs Landscape was brought on about 6 years ago to do the landscaping maintenance in our development and they have done an outstanding job. When we have an issue with a downed tree, broken sprinkler or another common area issue a phone call to Josh and it's taken care of.

We also asked them (David) if their design group could come up with options for updating our soccer park. Their design group came up with a number of possibilities that we narrowed down to one. Again a great job.

I highly recommend Rich Landscaping! Everyone on the team is knowledgeable and responsive. They have a wide variety of products at a wide range of price points! They helped me create a beautiful garden and do a wonderful job updating it and maintaining it!
