Extremely pleased with the safe, sturdy, attractive new stairway and railing from our driveway to our front yard. The C&R crew were knowledgable and efficient. They cleaned up the area beautifully and did much more than we ever dreamed possible. Robert was responsive to texts and kept us posted on dates and times. He even gave us a bouquet of beautiful flowers to celebrate Mother's Day.

We live on a steep bluff overlooking Puget Sound and wanted a long pathway and stone stepway. A unique project. We got three bids; two exceedingly high and C&R Landscaping’s which appeared “reasonable”, but open.
We hired them and they were exceptional!! Never have we seen a group of workmen work so hard, every day, and then leave the site cleaner than when they arrived, everyday!! Every one of them was hardworking, polite, respectful and talented. They had attention to detail in every aspect of the project and if you wanted a slight change, it was done to the tens and without question. The finish work was beyond expectations. We truly got more than we expected!!
Then we got the final bill. It was less than we thought we had previously authorized due to our change orders. They treated us more than fairly.
We cannot recommend C&R Landscape Services more highly. Their work was exceptional, their communication constant, and their efforts to satisfy second to none!!

I have been a client of C & R for more than 25 years. I have always been happy with their service. Robert has great suggestions when new plants are needed and when shrubs outgrow their space. They installed an irrigation system for me and checked it and winterized it every year. The small problems I encountered were handled professionally and quickly. They kept a lawn that was mostly in the shade nearly free of moss. I used them for multiple properties. They installed a grass lawn at my first house in Redmond and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them.

C & R Landscape Services did a terrific building or rebuilding the retaining walls alongside our driveway! They also did a wonderful job with the pavings stone pathway alongside our driveway, the patio, and the flagstone pathway. And they cleared a thicket of blackberry vines from our hillside ,put in wood chip paths, and replanted it. It all looks great! They were easy to work with, and kept at it, even during rainy, cold winter weather days until the job was done. I highly recommend them!

We hired C&R Landscape Services to install new stone retaining walls and replace a fence. Price was quite reasonable compared to other bids. Crew was very professional and took great pride in their work. Job was completed in a timely manner, and the walls and fence are well built and look great. Will hire again, and will whole-heartedly recommend them to other homeowners.

What a wonderful job they have done for our front yard! We are so impressed with their on time and on budget work. The entire team (tree removal, irrigation, yard worker, cleaning up), each one of them have done a superb job. Roberts have been following up with us to give us tips on how to best take care of new planted tree. How thoughtful is he! Will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a landscaping team to make their yard look amazing!

The guys at Richs do such a great job and are professional in their dealings with others and wear face masks whenever I see them .

Today at 9:10am in the University district one of their crews in a white pickup truck almost forced me off the road and then after seeing their mistake they proceeded to force way into my lane and. They are a menace to our road safety.

They are the most worse landscaping I have never see in my complex building. They leave all the garbage all over the building, horrible blowing, they don’t know how to trim it, they never bring the right equipment, they took like two hours lunch. Winter time is the worse they don’t do anything. Horrible service I ll not recommend this company.

This company is incompetent. The blowers they use almost certainly violate OSHA noise/decibel regulations. They blow debris all over personal property (cars, patios, etc.) This company is such garbage they somehow made their disregard of masks the third issue here.

Wonderful landscaping company! They come in every week and spruce up our 100 unit property with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

As others have written here, the employees are refusing to wear face coverings regardless of the WA mandate to do so, putting the communities they work in at risk. Not happy with the quality of service they are providing our community and have contacted our complex office many times over their activity.

I am a resident of Avana Star Lake. There is a group of workers that have been doing work next to our building. They block my car in with their truck and watch me struggle to move my car to get out without saying a word.. there’s one guy who sits on his phone all day.. taking personal calls (I know this because my window was open and heard him talking about pretty intimate family issues while he was “shoveling” by my window and I was doing the dishes)
Today I watched him stand between the wall of the building and a bush while the other guys work and he is sitting on his phone.. picking up the shovel every few mins then putting it down to take his phone out again. The rest of the guys have all been nice.. but it’s this one guy who just lets everyone else work. Kind of sad to see..

Rich's is a wonderful landscaping company! Josh, Adolfo and Victor always make sure to check in with the office staff if there is anything that needs attention that day. Highly recommend!
